Amazing service!!! I planned to get my rear brakes done before I traveled to this area, but it fell through. I called Ryan from Firestone at Fort Campbell in the morning and he said that he could get me in and it would be done by the end of the day. I came in, went to a store and had someone coming over to pick me up. I went to drop stuff off in the truck and it was already almost done. Also had it aligned, driving great now. Great fast service. Thank you, I feel much better for my trip home now.

I recently had my oil changed at this Firestone location, and unfortunately, it resulted in significant engine damage. After the service, my vehicle experienced severe issues, and a subsequent inspection revealed it was likely related to the oil change and that the evidence of such had been altered by FS staff. My insurance company covered the repairs($9000+), as Firestone denied any responsibility. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency in addressing the issue when brought to the attention of Firestone. The claims process and subsequent interactions raised serious concerns about the overall integrity of their company and service. While the on-post location is unquestionably convenient, I would strongly encourage customers to consider other options and, if you must utilize their services, thoroughly document every step of the process to protect yourself and your property. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and I highly encourage others to do the same. Steve- l do not believe this to be true, as I reached out to customer service, and the corporate office, by phone and email during the process of bringing my concerns to Firestone's attention. I was assured(multiple times) that I would be contacted by the regional manager or another in leadership. I had full confidence, at that time, that Firestone would address the problem. After a few weeks, I realized that I was being intentionally stonewalled, and that the integrity issue i encountered stems from higher levels than this specific store.

I continue to receive consistent and excellent service from the Firestone located on Fort Campbell, KY. Every instance when I have needed tires, or other mechanical support, I have been met with excellent customer service and a commitment to quality.We service 5 different vehicles at their location, putting teenagers into three of those, and I trust that when my vehicles are serviced the repairs are done right. So long as I live in this area, the location on Ft. Campbell has certainly won my service and I will continue to recommend them to others!.

Finally gave Firestone a chance, and it probably be its last. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with Cameron. He was great over the phone, knowledgeable and reassuring. I showed up early for my appointment, I was able to get in luckily, thankfully. After almost 3 hours for the front tires. Paid over $600 for a set of tires and an alignment. Got my vehicle back with it missing personal valve caps. Seat had and steering wheel adjusted. Plus was stinky and oil on the steering wheel and center console. I'm a bit beside myself right now. Hope the warranty is worth it! Happy there was a tv on to keep me busy while I waited.

Keith was awesome! He took his time to thoroughly explain my current situation and provided options to choose to best fix my issue. Upon walking in the store he greeted me and again explained everything that he worked on, he also provided feedback on what issues that may arise in the future, so I may consider for repair down the road.
