Had flat driving on the freeway, Firestone was the closest tire shop. Unfortunately bad weather caused the electrical power to go out in the area. Jonathan volunteered to replace my tire with my spare. He used he’s own power tools and got me back on the road. Really recommend everyone to go to Firestone on Washington Ave. Thanks man you got me back on the road

For an inspection it took over an hour for two people to get done matter a fact i couldn’t even get mine done due to other obligations. You’re better off going to the hood they care more about your time and they just get the job done. I was predicted to wait 25 min they turned into 1hr and 15min and the worse part the person I was waiting to inspect my car was at the front desk. Granite it’s hot in Houston but sir your pretty boy beyonce fan should have been set up before you started your shift. I’m very disappointed in my experience being that I left work to come here for this. Like I don’t recommend this location from the looks of it all they want is to bring your car in and tell 10 other things about the car that’s wrong which you probably won’t bat about. It’s a must that these types of things are quick and efficient especially and INSPECTION LIKE WHAT THE HEC. Any for all tire work I recommend Discount tire if it’s an inspection just go to the Hood I’m over it

I come here for everything and have always had so much help beyond what I’ve needed. I don’t know much about cars but they are always sure to explain everything to me in a way I can understand. They’re always very timely and honest. 10/10 recommend! Side note getting a Firestone card and opening an account with them is SO HELPFUL!

Awful - do not go here. Bring car in with nail in the tire and associate says they will try to patch the tire and if can’t patch, they will replace under warranty. Have purchased 6 tires here in the last 2 years. Have to repeatedly call store to get update. They say it has been patched. Within 100 yards of leaving the store, flat tire. Frankly it’s dangerous to do such a shoddy patch job. Then they won’t replace the tire under warranty and the manager rips my wife off another 200 bucks. You have been warned, they will not honor what they tell you when you drop your car.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They claimed my tire was under warranty when I dropped it off and then charged me $180 when I went to pick my car up. They also said my tire was fixed, for me to pull out of the parking lot and realize it was completely deflated. This is a huge safety hazard. The manager was extremely rude and patronizing. Then they over filled the tire by 10 PSI. I have purchased 6 tires from them in the past year and will never go back. NEVER GO HERE.

1) THEY WRECKED MY CAR!!!!! 2) Ivan the manager fought with me denying it even though I watched it happen. 3) They were supposed to transport my car via flatbed to a body shop. Nope. They DROVE my car an hour north of Houston for one of their buddies to work on in a storage unit. I called thinking my car was being stolen and Ivan had the audacity to yell and call me names when I merely called him out on his BS. He also had the nerve to lie and say I gave him and Miguel (area manager) permission for the driving. Um no. 4) While it was being “worked on” someone drove it for PERSONAL USE multiple times including bringing it to someone’s house. 5) After I finally got my car back from these clowns, the paint job is horrible. It is NOT a color match, it’s running, textured, and already peeling after a week. Oh and one of my lights was damaged with this “repair.” Firestone Corporate has yet to respond to my complaints on this issue, but I guess that’s what I should expect from a company that considers Ivan and Miguel management material. I went in for a simple flat tire replacement and walked out with 2 months of headache and a junk front end. No one from Firestone will ever come anywhere near a vehicle of mine ever again.

They were fast and did exactly what I asked them to do even though it was right before Thanksgiving and they were slammed. I don't know how they do it!! I have been coming to this location for the last few years. Always able to schedule quickly. Some of the work was quoted at a significantly better price than the place where I did my vehicle registration inspection (made me feel like the mechanic at the vehicle inspection place that quoted the work was trying to take advantage of me). Ray was really great - he kept me posted and gave me advice when I asked on additional things I could check for the mileage of my vehicle. Very nice to work with.

They "fixed" the issues with my rear doors and sent me to the dealership to get my keys reprogrammed just for the dealership to inform me the actuators were installed incorrectly and I shouldn't have needed to take the vehicle to the dealership in the first place. Ended up having to pay the dealership for the hour they worked on the car to fix one of them and send me back to Firestone so I wouldn't get charged even more. Firestone then refused to reimburse me the $100 I paid them even though my warranty paid $800 for a job that wasn't done correctly. So instead of just my $100 deductible I ended up paying $280 between the two because to pay the dealership for the time they worked on it since the warranty won't cover a repair they already paid Firestone to fix in the first place.

I has a appointment at 12p. It took then 30.mins to get to it. Than 1.5 hrs to tell me what's wrong. Finally @ 2p. But didn't actually get to my vehicle to fix it at 4:17p. They said 1.5 hours. The time management for this place is definitely 2 stars for service. But the manager is awesome. Go figure that out??? So if you come here. Probably best to drop it off then sitting around. Waiting for it. Multiple times Ive seen techs on their phones and not working.

Ivan is phenomenal (and I don’t hold anyone’s customer service that high, ever!) I called Sunday clueless about what I needed and he was able to find exactly what I needed for my Monday morning appointment. Monday we ordered my tires and the delivery company confirmed one time but didn’t arrive for almost 4 hours after that. Ivan kept me updated since I opted to wait at the store, he expressed his apologies (which wasn’t his fault) and as soon as the tires arrived he quickly worked on my vehicle to get me out as quick as possible. Thank you again Ivan for being so professional and for your great customer service.

I drove my car to the shop for a diagnostic. Almost 1k later I’m told to pick up my car twice and it won’t start at all. Then I was told another almost $600 can possibly fix my car but the first $1k I was told would do the same. Now I’m being told I need to have my car towed out of their parking lot or I will get charged storage fees. So I basically gave them almost 1k and have to still pay for my car to get fixed properly. Either yall can run me my money back or fix it. I will not let this slide by any means. This is why females don’t trust anyone to fix their cars because yall definitely play games and are dishonest just for the money

Do not take your car here. I took my car here which was working fine for an inspection. After telling me the inspection would take 45 minutes, they called me 3 hours later to tell me they couldn’t finish the test because there was an OBD diagnostics error (they couldn’t read my computer) which is the first time I’ve heard this in 38 years. In the fourth hour they told me they were unable to turn my car on because there were issues with my keys. Long story short and $145 later I got my car back, it was able to pass the inspection but now my car key doesn’t work properly because they probably damaged something electrical

Another location had lost the center cap of my back right tire and refused to fix the issue. My mother recommended the Washington shop and I spoke to Ivan, the manager. Ivan went above and beyond and ordered the missing piece for me free of charge, which arrived the same day. He was very professional and cares about the quality of service Firestone provides to it clientale. This is a shop that truly cares about its customers.
