Just last week took my son car here to get check engine light off and was charged 900 dollars.After having the car for 6days they told me it was the fuel pump.When we knew it was the battery because Auto had put it on a machine.But this place insist it was the pump make along story short received the car back and within hrs engine lights was right back on.Then when my son went back up there cause 900 is alot for a High Schooler they act like the mechanic that worked on it wasn't there and put him out instead of trying to find out the problem.NOT A GOOD AUTO SHOP BAD BUSINESS it did not need a high pressure fuel pump it needed a battery you explain to me why I take it too a different shop and they changed my battery the car has two but the suppose to be the auto shop by reap us off almost 1k when you only should change 2 battery like he said when car got dropped off you will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau I guaranteed.

I had a great experience with this shop. I liked that I didn't feel like I got robbed or they were up to some shady stuff because I had my fair share of that already. I had an extended car warranty claim and Melissa was extremely helpful with everything and I was at ease. Friendly and honest business. They will let you bring your own parts if you want. They have always been able to get my vehicle in quickly and fixed day of appointment or next day. They have payment link available and lockbox if I can't pick up my car before they close, which is super helpful. They also provided me shuttle service when I couldn't get a ride.

This is a true fanily business; always great with repairing my car. I can bring my own parts or choose to use parts ordered by 1st Choice. I have utilized both and all have been successful. went to get a check engine light fixed payed 900 for it just for it to be back on next day, didn’t tell me anything else was wrong with it till after i payed and it came back on. they are just money hungry and will give you your car back same way you brought it, be careful..*PSA* Didn’t curse or get loud till the OWNER put his hand in his face cause WE caught on to the scheme, he didn’t come to the waiting room reassuring nothing. He came YELLING and didn’t expect anything to elevate after not fixing what we came for. And yes they did have to call him to the front because they didn’t have the answers on why my car wasn’t fixed. Thanks

Was looking for a place to have my oil change done while supplying my own oil and filter. After seeing the reviews for first choice auto repair, I gave them a call and said I could absolutely supply my own materials. I was in and out in about an hour, and the labor cost was just $25- much cheaper than the dealership down the road! I will definitely be back!
