Absolutely grateful for this Shop! True example of professionalism! Starting with their managers to their techs! We were referred to them by another trucking company because everyone spoke highly of them, definitely do not regret! One of our trucks they came out to our truck did diagnostics and our radiator was bad, they got us to their shop and back on the road the same day! With our second truck we had issues with regen, also took us in right away, resolved all issues and sent us on the road. They don’t waste time, they really go out of their way to get you in the road as fast as they can because they understand the importance of trucking! Thank you once again! This shop is amazing, performance 10 point! We sent our truck to check some aftertreatment codes, the truck went into derate there and they were able to take it our of derate without replacing any parts and same day! Short version, the trailer hitch broke off our RV and we needed it repaired ASAP. We were totally blown away with the professionalism of Alex Colesnic and Victor Agapiev at Fix 2 Ride in Aurora CO! We showed up 30 minutes before they opened. Alex met us in the parking lot, looked at the damage and said, “we can fix that, give me the keys.” 3.5 hours later we were on our way back to pick up the trailer. They did an outstanding job repairing the damage. New bolts, straightened bent framing and welded it back, painted the receiver, and even straightened out and stitched the mud flap with zip ties were it had broken in half. If you ever have issues or know someone that has or needs something manufactured or fixed in the Denver area contact them first. Outstanding customer experience! The way they treated us and the urgency they showed to get us back on the road was top notch! 5 star service for sure. Joe

We brought the truck in to fix air leaks. They said the problem was repaired and we paid for the service. After the payment, they immediately drove the truck out and closed the shop. Later, the driver confirmed that the air leak was still there and clearly audible. I called the shop, and they insisted that everything had been fixed, but in reality the repair was not completed properly. When I asked them to fix the same issue again, they said it could only be done the next day and required additional payment. This was disappointing and unprofessional, as the original problem was not fully resolved.

Today came to trailer dot inspection They took my trailer to shop 5 min after they is open,and found this problem in the second broken mud flap need to be replaced. You seriously I drove this trailer with this demage for 2+ years pass 2dot inspection on loves and TA If you looking for job for your shop.I been your customer for years Today is my last time. PS I am went to Loves and I pass the dot inspection with out any problem
