I had just arrived to California, with my vehicle smashed from weather conditions; eager to help me, coo was overly nice, reassuring me time & again, “bc you’re new to the area& alone, I want to help you.” Never would I have imagined he would take advantage of my situation; buckle up. Not 24 hours after I got my car back, my car battery died & another owner, “tech” wasn’t surprised at all. He came to jump my car, & you guessed it; he said, “looks like you need a new battery !” They’d just been paid $6k from State Farm & $500 deductible from me. Now they’d squeeze me for “$150 battery, I won’t charge you for labor,” he says, insisting I get it done, “asap: you don’t wanna risk anything.” Being from the east coast, I remembered auto zone has batteries & will install for free ! In the pouring rain, PJ comes out w his screwdriver to find, “someone loosened your battery hinge, so you’d have to get a new one.” He tightened the bolt, & I didn’t need a new battery after all. What would coo & tech do with a battery that hadn’t died ? Sell it to you ? I’m terrified of what else they loosened; sick about it, in fact. What a shame; to take advantage of a single girl. Ps. My car was returned to me dirty & dusty as ever, might I add, after 18 days in a rental.

Excellent place to take your car, I start by saying that the delivery date was 3 weeks (they delivered it to me much earlier!!!) They are too professional, kind and polite, they were always attentive to me in every step, I don't speak much English and even so that was not the problem, they were looking for a way to find that I understood, honestly I had doubts that it would be the same because of the color of my paint but it was not like that IT WAS BETTER NOW THAN WHEN THE DEALER DELIVERED IT TO ME, I hope they never hit me again but if so this would be the workshop to which I would take it. Late and I had more problem that my ugly insurance agreed to pay🫩 I would give it more stars but 5 is the maximum😓 Thank you very much tek and Brittny!

I’m glad we chose this place to fix the car. Tek is great and very professional. The right front rear was pretty damage when we took the car in and Tek told us that when he finished the car it will look Brand new again. He always keep us updated and let us know if any other issue with the car if they find out. Overall , when the car was finished, it looks Brand new , the paint job was excellent. Tek is great and I was very please with the work done on the car . Thank you Tek and the team 😀

I mean where do I start? I did some research and chose this place based on the wonderful reviews I read. From the initial drop off of my car, chuck was superb! The right side of my door was damaged, like a streak going down from the passenger door to the trunk. In my past experience, leaving at Caliber Collision was a mistake. When they repaired my door they did not place it back on correctly. Now I felt like I was back in the same place but on the other side of my car. Chuck ensured me that the repairs would go smoothly and wouldn't be noticeable. That my car would look brand new. He was in communication with me every step of the way. He did everything in his power to make everything go smoothly and for it to be as easy for me as possible. This guy went out of his way to ensure that I left with a flawless vehicle. When I picked up my car it looked like nothing had ever happened. My car was returned back to me clean and tidy! When I tested out the door I could tell they did a great job. I even got my car one week ahead of schedule. And this was a rough job. The integrity of fix Auto Huntington Beach was a relief. I would recommend anyone to go to these guys. Chuck and Tek are a great team. Communication and integrity are must and seem to be lacking at most places, but not at Fix Auto! Thank you Chuck for everything you did, it is so appreciated! I called a couple of auto shops prior to Fix Auto for my car repairs. I spoke to a gentleman named Chuck at Garden Grove location, and knew I found the right shop. He knew what he was talking about, an obvious expert, but did it humbly. He was so informative, patient and compassionate for my situation from the start. Although I chose this location for the distance from my home, when Chuck got transfer to another location in Midway City, I wanted him to take the car with him because I knew I'd be in good hands. He provided world class customer service. From the first day to the last, he was reliable and I was always able to reach him, every time I called and/or emailed him. He kept me updated and was upfront about everything, so I knew what to expect. I don't normally leave reviews, but this guy truly deserves it. Leaving 2 for both locations. Thanks Fix Auto and thank you Chuck! I'll be back if I ever need car service and will be highly recommended you to my friends and family.
