Man, this was a day! My car started to run hot all of sudden and I knew that I needed to fix it asap. I called my dealership and they could only get me in to the shop in 2 weeks. Some guys by AutoZone told me about Fixcar service and I was hesitant at first but I went anyway and they were able to take my car and fix it SAME DAY!! Great facilities, clean, safe, peaceful environment. Completed my fix within 3-4 hours and I was on my way home to my family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I don’t normally post reviews either good or bad but I told Carlos that I would post a review just bc of my gratitude for their service.

I brought my car in for running hot and not starting. They quoted me a big price, I got the issue fixed and 2 weeks later the car was doing the same thing. It seems to only run hot when I'm on the interstate that's why it took me 2 weeks to discover that I was still having the same problem. I took the car back and they told me it's a thermostat and water pump. If the car was running hot why wasn't that address at first. Then when I took it back I went to get my car and they closed way before 1:30 and my car had to sit there the whole weekend. I do not recommend. They were nice and seems like they just told me anything. Yes they did fix something but not the correct thing I came for

I had a problem with my vehicle while driving home from work. I stopped by an advanced auto to see what I should do and was recommended to go to fix car across the street. When I walked in the owner immediately greeted me and walked me outside to my vehicle to discuss the problem then even though they appeared to be busy, he took my car into the shop. Just a couple of minutes later my car came out and the owner came and told me all I needed to know. When I asked how much I owed he said just come back sometime and get an oil change or something. I was so impressed I brought my wife’s Car in a couple days later and I was there less than 20 minutes and the oil change was considerably less than other places she’s taken it. The staff was wonderful and we will be back. This is the kind of old school customer service that I haven’t seen for years… if you own a car in Baton Rouge. Check them out.
