I purchased a cabin air filter at this location for my vehicle, and manager, Trey, offered to install it for me. Having never done that myself, I gladly accepted his offer. He handled the job quickly, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting that added service, but was very happy he offered to help. I have shopped at this location before, and have been satisfied with the assistance, and products.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but felt compelled in this situation. I found the part I needed and was relieved to see that it was in stock at this location. I arrived at the store at 8:49 pm, understanding that the store closes at 9:00 pm. The place looked like the lights were out. I got out of the car and the door was locked. An employee came to the door and motioned that they were closed. I said "you close in 10 minutes, right?" The employee reluctantly unlocked the door. With an attitude, she said "it's too late to pay cash." Fine -- I'm paying with a card. I showed her the part number and she slowly went to retrieve the part. The entire time she was on her personal cell phone making a personal call. Once the transaction was complete, she dramatically ripped the receipt off of the printer and did not say a word to me as she handed it to me. I'm sorry, I know people have bad days, but the only offense I committed was arriving 10 minutes before the store closed. ETA: I did leave 2 stars since I am appreciative that there is a place that will sell an obscure part at 8:50 pm on a Sunday and that is 5 minutes from my home .

Sitting inside at the moment I have been sitting inside with my four children for the past 20 minutes. When we arrived to the store I said I was trying to get help I told the associate everytime I turn off my car it has to get jumped off to start, she said she could test the battery I said would she be able to jump the car she said she was new and I told her I will wait for someone who knows how she goes get someone this big tall girl walks to the front the girl tries to explain but she tells her to go ahead the big girl that came from the back with the black and red dreads went outside to help another customer. She talks for about 2 more minutes mind you were done it’s hot I have a 12, 11 and three year old twins in the car HOT she starts to jump the other customers car THE SHXT DEAD the newer employee so polite ask if we would like to wait inside we come inside after about 3 minutes now we sitting twins running around another employee calls out did u put it on the charger guess wat she didn’t “my head exploded” but I gotta stay calm in front my children my kids been chasing the twins for bout 5 mins now it’s on the charger. I wasn’t going to leave a review but boom now she off the clock could be helping but she’s off now but a old friend walks in so guess what she’s doing she’s catching up with a old friends I am livid I’m suppose to be getting my battery fixed to drive to Georgia photo attached my bad kids the other employees where great and did there jobs no complaints there

I was told someone would help me with my battery on my car asked 2 people to help. Both said they would come to help. No one came and was stuck outside for over an hour. AFTER that i ended having to ask a random person driving up to help me. When I approached the counter the two that i asked to help me looked at me and walked away. I have NEVER been so offended and seen such poor service. I’ve been in customer service for 16yr and an AutoZone customer for 13yrs. It was highly disrespectful to be left outside for an hour with no help. I will never spend my money at this store again. I’ll stick to Oreilly’s where they actually value their customers. I only gave it one star because i had to. I’m usually pretty easy going, but this was completely disrespectful.

Last Tuesday night I called about a part I needed when I arrived after 10 minutes of calling Chris told they had the part I got there they didn't so I was lied to both ways he called a store on airline they had it he said I was getting a discount I didn't get it my car wouldn't start it ran hot I was coming to pick up the coolest sencer I asked for help Chris gave me nothing but smart mouth and attitude I don't appreciate being lied to I had to get my car towed home they lied told me they had the part I will never shop at none of the AutoZones cause he made me realize u can't believe nothing that come they're mouth.he making comments he can jump a battery but he can't jump a starter it wasn't my starter at all I kept telling him it's my battery I took auto in school they give anybody a job i shop at Napa Auto parts now

Walked in auto zone after being upset my battery died. Went to purchase a new battery (paid for it) the young man Chris came out to take a look and ask if I had a warranty I didn’t remember took out the time to go check and low and behold I did so he refunded my $295 back to me!
