Not happy at all. Paid $3,000 for a new timing chain job on my truck. Timing chain broke 3 times. And now they want me to pay another $1,300 to fix what I already paid for. I'm done with them.

My son brought his vehicle in because it was leaking fluid and the tire monitor light was coming on. Centurion never acknowledged the problem that the vehicle was brought in for. They put new breaks & tires on the vehicle. I thought they had fixed the problem by changing the tires, I thought the tire monitor light would go off. They changed the brakes I thought that would correct the fluid leakage. I was charged $1079 & the vehicle is still doing the same thing that I brought the vehicle in for. My son took the car back in & was told that it would cost $426 more to replace the valve gaskets, they didn't see the oil leak the first time the vehicle was brought in. It's amazing but a week later they found the leak they thought for more money. They were guessing even after putting the vehicle on the machine . I told them this is why the car was brought in the first place. I will not pay another dime to Centurion. The vehicle leaks more since we took it in to Centurion and the brakes still squeak. I ASK, BEG AND PLEAD do not take your vehicle to Centurion Car Care. They are a big rip off & don't know what they are doing. They are all about money and not fixing your vehicle. I wish there were a box with 0 stars.

The work itself was somewhat satisfactory, but the customer service is below average. In May I came in for service on my tire and I told them about a possible issue with my transmission and literally telling them to take a look. This guy that works the desk (mack) couldn't be less concerned, initially ignored me then he sends me to the lead mechanic who gives me an "I don't what it could be, it could be a few things." They never brought it back up or out it on the CPU to take look, they were just going through the motions. One customer had to come right back after he left because his brakes weren't keeping pressure and he came for new brake pads! Then this mack guy tries to be disrespectful calling me "young man" even though I'm 40. I didn't play into his immature, simple mindset but I knew I would never go back. In this case, cheaper is definitely not better!

My ENTIRE FAMILY is a customer of CENTURION Car CARE!!! The front man Mack is so knowledgeable! Keith doesn't do anything extra on car until he talks to you. The prices are reasonable and they don't have the elevator effect! Don't trust anybody but this group of men with your car! I've been a loyal customer for 6 years!

This place is amazing. One of those rare fines of speed, efficiency, and great customer care. Tan took a look at a car we were looking to buy. He walked us through the issues with it, told us how much they were going to be to fix, and gave us his overall opinion in a quick and polite manner. This guy knows his stuff. Great mechanics are hard to find and this is one of them.

Ty has worked on two cars for me and is completing an engine install on a third. His new place looks good and his staff are friendly. Went to have A/C checked and was given a partial estimate. DO NOT EVER LET A REPAIR SHOP KNOW THAT YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY! I took the partial estimate to the car called the warranty company & was told what was needed to do! Went back in & stated the warranty & surprise, surprise the treatment was different! I took my car in the next day & stayed 3 hours, got car back & it ran for about 3 blocks, then same problem! I returned 3 times within 4 days. 3 weeks later the same problem remains! The warranty company hadn't paid off yet because they didn't give me the correct paperwork to send off! THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPANY, THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW TO REPAIR MY CAR NOR WHAT PAPERWORK TO HAVE SIGNED FOR PAYMENT!

I give 0 stars. Reason being I have told these people over and over what my car was doing. been here 4 times back to back they fix only one set of rear struts $883 then they said it was a alignment $206. All together $1,089! next day my car was doing the same thing swaying from side to side. These people supposed to be professional I was the first one here today and they put me on the back burner. They never took anything apart off the car saying all the bolts are tight that's not checking the car as far as taking it apart to get to the source! Then they told me to go to Richards Honda and have them test drive the car! And when I called them they said when I get there they can refuse service being that my crv is 10 years old! In all honesty these people to me are scammers and they literally mess over woman that don't have a men with them even though I don't need no one to come cause I'm well educated on parts on cars! I drive this damn car every damn day don't tell me nothing is wrong with it! You just drove it a couple minutes on a straight street!

My daughter took her car here and had a dead battery. They charged $200 for a diagnostic fee. Checking the battery and alternator is quick and easy and does not justify a $200 diagnostic fee.
