I have had my car fixed here a few times .. but the woman at the front desk is very rude and needs some customer service training. If I am spending my money and I ask something that you don't understand it's your profession and company and job to explain. Do not come here unless you don't mind being disrespected or overcharged.

I was referred by a well known auto repair shop to have my muffler looked at. The reception at Dr. Muffler told me the muffler was fine. SHE DID THIS DIAGNOSIS WHIL SEATED AT HER DESK! I asked if she was a mechanic and said no but she had worked at the shop for 25 years. I asked if I could have a mechanic look at the car and she asked why I want that. It was the most incoherent conversation I've ever heard. I believe the reason behind her strange behaviour was simply that there was only one mechanic (her husband) currently working instead of the 2 or 3. Enough said....I'd hate to think I helped tarnish their reputation although I could say more. I didn't use them and I highly recommend you might want to wait wait until - and if - they get more mechanics.

Last time!!! Make sure you keep your receipts for your records because they don't keep any records of you bringing your car to them for service. Also be best if you purchase your own parts because you want have a warranty under your name it would be in Dr. Mufflers name and you wouldn't have the warranty they will. Making you pay for the service all over again on warranty parts. Last time dealing with them. I need a mechanic shop who will keep records of their work on a computer.

They like money and cutting corners; emptying your wallet and then returning your car with temporary fixes to issues that resurface quickly. Maybe they've done good work for some. If you’re loyal to this shop, I do not discourage you from continuing your business with them. However, if this is your first time looking for a mechanic, please take your vehicle elsewhere.

Their work quality is terrible. I had a simple part to put on and it took them forever to change a simple belt. A week later my car started making all kinds of noise. These guys are amateurs at best shady at worst. You get what you pay for with them. They give you low estimates but if you keep coming back you are spending a fortune. Avoid this place.

I would not recommend this place. I've been here twice, and each time I left with more issues than I started with. When I called to report a problem shortly after picking up my vehicle, the lady on the phone was unhelpful and said it would take a long time to fix. Their communication is poor, and it's very difficult to reach them by phone.

Service is great, people are really nice. I asked them to put the Oil pan on my Audi every one else in the town said that can’t be done with us..but they did it with no excuses like all the other. I honestly recommend them to all. Prices are less comparable to the market. Perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Honest people.

My neice just left there after calling and being told by a man that yes she could bring in her car so after getting a boost to get the car there she was greeted by a woman who came our and told her that he wasn't fixing on any more cars she explained to the lady that she had spoken with a man that told her to bring it the lady to her he wasn't going to do it she told the lady that she had to get a boost to get her car there the lady to her she didn't care get her car off the lot I just wanna say for a place of business this is very rude for the mechanic to tell u to bring it and u take your time to get your vehicle there 20mins later for the receptionist to come out telling you to get your car off the lot my she didn't even try to help get her car boost back off my neice called me in tears stuck at a mechanic shop and I hope she reads this learn how to treat people coming to spend their hard earned money with you Mrs. Ungrateful

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and easy to get along with. I went in for a custom muffler replacement piece. There was a steep price increase from the initial quote, but that wasn't really his fault as sourcing clamps like he did can get pricy. He was very understanding and knew exactly what I wanted and pulled it off. Heck, he even stayed after hours to finish it up since I needed the truck the next day. My only two real issues that I had with the whole experience was the major increase in price (which isn't entirely their fault) and a bit more early communication would have been helpful on that situation. After 2 months or so, the welded Y pipe developed a pinhole leak in one of the weld seams. This is an honest mistake that I am capable of fixing but figured it should be mentioned. All in all, was a great experience with only a few hiccups along the way, but let's be honest, no one is perfect. Wish y'all the best!

I’ve had several jobs done over the years and was always treated nicely, reasonable prices, and quick service. One perk is that they are open on Saturdays, which is very helpful for a lot of us.

These people have been working on my parents’ cars for years. After having a horrible experience with Diez Tire in Prairieville, I took my car there. They fixed it the first time for a third of the price of Diez and had great service. This place employees actual mechanics who will try to actually figure out what is wrong with your car and fix it for you.
