I haven't been recently buy I have done Buisness with them for many years, mostly the Monterrey/S Choctaw Location which I wouldn't recommend, they've misinformed, misdiagnosed my vehicles a few times, and didn't fix the issue when my jeep broke down days later, I had to Always pay for a whole different part, and repair, but the Florida Blvd Location is much better.✍️🏼👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I went to get my car key programmed correctly so my car could start it worked that time but later that day it stopped working again the dealership said no one is supposed to prgram keys but them and because of thaf i have to pay someone else to program my key to my car this is ridiculous.... the plus side was she had great customer service a d seemed to be a very nice person

Rescheduled my pickup date three times and charged me way too much for the work they did. I could have bought another truck for the price of replacing 4 tires, 4 wheel bearings, a tune up and a timing chain ($6,000). My truck is in another shop now. I wanted General Auto to fix the mechanical issues and a week after I get it back it breaks down again.

Wouldn't recommend it. The testosterone woman behind the counter is a regular mechanic hustler. First thing she did was slap me on the back, and spoke condescendingly to me like she knew she owned me. Second thing she did was examine the jammed button on my van and assure me for a "mere' 280 bucks she cud fix the problem in 3 hours and have me back on the road with my windows working. Fast forward 6 hours later, they never call, so I come back and she says they ordered the wrong part. In other words they put my vehicle on the backburner and didnt bother to tell me they wouldn't have time. I brought it back the next day and when I came to pick it up she said turns out the problem is more than a broken button, so they took my $280 anyway and n***a rigged it and told me just dont put the window down. I couldnt believe it. Some auto shops will call you and inform of new problems to save you time and money and provide honest transparency. This place is not one of them.

So I went to this mechanic shop for the second time to fix the same problem so this time it was supposed to be my starter so they put the starter in which was fine but when I got in the car on my display it read engine running hot AC off so after I left I won't put coolant in that didn't do anything so I went to O'Reilly's and got a engine check and they discovered that I had two sensors that was faulty so I go under the hood to check and I noticed that not only was both of those sensors unplugged but my dipstick was sitting on my windshield dash it could have caused more harm than it did at least I thought days later the car hesitated to crank engine light came back on went to get another engine check and it's reading several faults that I've never seen before from the engine coolant temperature sensor high voltage to my evap sensor, Catalyst sensor, crankshaft position sensor and etc don't go there you leave with more problems then you came with. Also I have pic just can't seem to see how to post them.

They claimed to fix my car but just sprayed a bunch of flex seal on my engine and charged me $1k for it. Car died day after I got it back, so I took it back to them. They took the car, then blocked my phone number and claimed I was delinquent and wouldn't hand it over unless I paid then another $2k - mind you, not for fixing the car, but for them to give it back to me as is. So effectively, they stole my car and my money and now I'm having to sue them (spend more money) just to get a broken car back that is already mine. They are scam artists masquerading as mechanics. Steer clear.

Tried several other mechanics and they couldn't diagnose what the issue was w my car. Brought it here and in 30 minutes they told me what it was. In a hour they had it fixed. My check engine light is off and I am so happy. Will be bringing my vehicle back soon to get a few others things done. Great price and fast service, you can't beat that.

Amazing quick service. Open/clear pricing. I went for my brakes and they knocked a ding in my bumper without me even asking. I watched as they helped a different customer with an insurance claim to make certain the damage was covered. Definitely recommend this shop.

Not a very friendly business. No communication whatsoever and no one ever answers the phone. First of all they just assumed what was wrong with the car without doing a diagnostic test first. Then told me they would call back about the part they thought it needed and I have never heard from them again. Tried calling to cancel pending service but I could never get anyone to answer my call. I gave up and went somewhere else and found out that it was NOT the problem. I will not be back.

Mr. Tony greeted me, took a test ride with me in my car, kept me updated, and provided excellent customer service for every step of the process. He made it a point to show me with my own eyes every issue that needed to be resolved while being patient with my questions. He is a great man and does a great job of connecting with customers. I brought my car in because it was driving horribly bumpy and drifting heavily to the right. Just got it back a few hours ago, and it seems to be driving smooth as ever. Assuming it stays this way, great job to everyone, especially Mr. Tony. Next time I need my vehicle serviced (I hope no time soon), Mr. Tony, I hope you are still there!
