These people need to stop all this dam lying. I wonder how much they getting paid to say these things cause they did a sloppy job on my 22 Honda Accord. 100 percent sloppy. I take it back on the first to get things did and redid. I will keep y'all posted but I feel it should of been right the first time.

I feel that everything NBA Collision Shop has done was right, from start to finish. NBA Collision helped me at ease, knowing that getting vehicle repaired on can be somewhat frustrating especially when handling with insurance company. I really appreciated that when other collision shops prolonged my car to get started on till next year in 2022, Mike, the owner and his staff were able to get it completed throughly/correctly within a week.

I was rear ended in a bad accident. My car was totalled. I called around to multiple auto repair shops and I could not get a fair estimate. I was giving up and was about to just let the insurance company total it out. Than I met Mike. From the moment I received my estimate, to the completion of my car was done in a very professional manner and inithey a very reasonable time frame. they even fixed my door handle. I wouldn't be back. The shop tries to cut corners, and it shows in the work. I went to the shop even though I was advised not because they were the only shop in the area that was not booked up for a month or so out. They took care of my car through insurance, but they did a poor job. I'm not sure if they are familiar with working on a Nissan. I would probably only recommend if you are looking for a cheap job or possibly have an American car.

My experience has not been good with this shop. They may be good with body work but not mechanical repairs. And the pai.t job was not all that. I found spots on my bumper that was not painted up in the Crack of the bumper. All so the bumper was put back together with glue instead of the clamps. Bumper came off twice and the driver side bumper is coming a loose again. He did clamps when I bought the glue to his attention but he did t do that right. Now he want me to buy the clamps. I lost alot dealing with this shop cause I couldn't get to work. It's been a year and I'm still having problems. If I loose my car I swear I will sue him. I don't have the funds to be fixing this stuff that's what my insurance is for. Been telling him about the noise my car make when I turn the steering wheel to the left and righ. I been telli.g him about the noise it makes when I shift in reverse Things it was not during before the wreck. This man is not a mechanic I was not thinking. Now he gone tell me he changed this he changed that. Wait didn't u tell me u was not a mechanic. He's a lier. Me pay 588 for a car I'm not comfortable driving. The paint is not quality because if it was It would not be fading in places. I'm so stressed I can't eat.

Great place to take your vehicle for bodywork! I've yet to have my car done there, but the personality of the owner during my initial estimate and the fact he exhibited vivid honesty with me and provided an estimate within my budget, I would recommend his business within a blink! I look forward to having my vehicle done there. He didn't try to take my business! He asked me to get back to him 3 weeks to a month from now and he'd be available to start on my work. This is unlike other places that would take your job, partial payment and have you waiting endlessly. Keep it up, Mike!

Excellent job performed with rapid service by Mike (owner) and his workers and great customer service provided by his wife! My 2011 Toyota RAV4 was involved in a parked hit and run (car was damaged by another party while parked in my work parking lot) and was covered by my insurances' collision coverage. Additionally, I have rental car coverage through my car insurance however the local rental car agencies did not have availability for a car rental on multiple occasions, therefore I had to reschedule dropping off my car to NBA Collision Repair twice and each time Mike was very understanding of the situation, flexible and amenable to the reschedule of when I could drop off the car at his shop. I initially dropped in on a weekday evening to have Mike generate an estimate for the cost of repairs and was then able to drop off the car on a Saturday morning. Repairs to the left quarter panel, left passenger door and right rear bumper was performed in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my car on Tuesday (4 days later). This is a second generation small business (started by Mike's father) that performs quality work for a reasonable price. His wife works in the office and is friendly, amenable and provides excellent customer service. Mike keeps you apprised of the progress and when he told me the car would be ready at 2PM on Tuesday it was absolutely ready as promised. He even called to check in after I had not arrived at his shop by 2:15PM. Mike and his family work hard and are available on Saturdays and the shop is open until 6PM which is very convenient for those that work during the day on weekdays. I highly recommend this body shop and had a very good experience! Thank you to Mike, his wife and his workers for the excellent repair, quick turn around time and customer service!

I'm changing my review on NBA collision. Last time I wrote a bad review. My car is driving good. Real good. I had to keep going to him for things and it irritated me but the over all picture is my car is in good shape. When I went he took care of the problem but I give him a 4 star because it was one problem he could not pen point. It was mechanical problem. I'm aware this is a body shop so I give him a pass. But I had insurance so I just felt like we could have done a supplement. He got this beauty back on the road tho

they were very helpful. They treated me like family when I got my vehicle back. It looked brand new. It looked at even better when I brought it. The owner is so understanding to the point where my situation was so complicated and he still went above and beyond and was so understanding and treated me as a regular customer. The whole shop is nice. He has a team that does every single detail from mechanic work to cosmetic to electrical. The owner is also well connected with different vendors, and I was actually recommended through him through a mutual friend that owns his own mechanic shop. also recommend recommending a few people to him after service and they said that he did a phenomenal job as well I’m definitely returning back to him in the near future

Great people!! They made me feel like i was family versus a customer. Their patient and willing to work with you. I had to leave out of town before i got my car back. Therefore i wasn’t able to get my car myself. He explained how the shop was small and my car was taking up space. I was having trouble finding somebody to pick it up for me. Out the kindness of his heart he let me keep it there for two days. I still had no one to pick up🤦🏾♂️ he offered to drop it off for me. The owner and his wife both drove to my apartment and brought it back for me. Really cool and lovely people! and not to mention the body work looks spanking brand new. Definitely my new go to, go and get your car right!Smoothest process ive dealt with💯👌🏾.
