Worse place you could ever take a car. After a double flat and tow there at 1:30 am they (Blanche) made me take a cab back “to sign”. Then they told me I had to “drive the car into the stall myself because it had a double flat.. and it would an hour wait (at 7:15 am). When I loudly objected about all this they said leave and they would call the police ! Now I have to wait to pull the car into the stall. 1 hour. Never again!

Slow but the lady is nice and has a good attitude. Waited on the phone for 15 mins inquiring about a trailer tire. Got all the wrong answers and prices and not sure if she hung up or got disconnected. Ended up paying much more somewhere else bc I didnt want to wait forever.

The girl at the front desk was laughing and joking w someone and ignored my presence for a good 5 mins. Then when I finally got my question out, she said "oh it's over there" and vaguely pointed, by the time I got back, they had a line and she def wasnt helping me then. I just left and will go buy it somewhere else.

Was here for 3 hours to get a flat fixed. Finally went ask why it was taking so long, it was because "they couldn't find my keys." They lost my keys. They eventually dound them. This entire time i was sitting in automotive and not a single person came ask about me or told me there was an issue.

Let me tell you, I sat here for 2 hours before having to ask what the deal is with my car. I wanted an oil change and get my tire patched. After this long wait this dude tells me I need a new tire and they can't change my oil because the screws were striped. So wait, it's been 2 hours and you haven't done anything? My cars been in the slip for 45 mins. I've been listening to some off brand judge Judy for 2 hours now. Man go some where else, anywhere but here and Goodyear on Lee.

Long story short.Passing through Baton Rouge, found a flat after a quick stop for dinner. Put on the spare and try to get it fix, time was not even 5pm. They lady at Walmart refused to even see the fire since they’re too busy and offering zero help besides an heartless “sorry” you’ll always get from people don’t give a *. Poorly trained employee and probably bad manager.

If you let Walmart employees touch you car especially mechanics you have a screw loose. Go spend the money on a real seevice shop that will back up their work instead of some under paid kid that doesn't know the difference between oil and a screwdriver. The services are not that cheap and the products they sell are trash compared to others on the market.

I don't know if anyone else dreads going to Walmart, but I do. I prepare myself for the customer service to be ok at best. I was proved wrong this time. I went to have my tire serviced and the associate was so professional and friendly! I was updated on the progress and serviced efficiently. I am very pleased with the service that I received today.

To say they offer piss poor service. We went in to have a tire replaced on 05/ 12/2018 at 3:02 pm so please explain why we did not leave til 5:37. The guys decided to work on white girls car before mine although it was blatantly clear I was there an hour before her. Then they decided to fix something on a supervisor car though I was there first. Never again will I go there

They are kind of slow and the attendant is too young and immature to handle the customers properly. I find that the Walmart pickup employees are the same. They have a bit of an attitude and lack professionalism. If I'm about to pay you to replace a tire that's flat, I'm probably not in a joking mood. If you want your car worked on asap, avoid this location, as they are pretty slow and they won't tell you how long the service will take.

Deserves 0 stars. I left my truck here in the morning after verifying that the tire was in stock and they would do the work. Hours later, I get a call from them that the tire is in fact, not in stock. Worker did not seem interested in helping me in the slightest. I asked about him ordering the tire in, and he replied that I would have to do that myself. I then asked about him reaching out to another local branch, and he again pushed that off to me. When I kept pushing about getting another tire brand, I was told they had an option in stock, but would not sell it to me for a reason that I was not informed on. Should have had an accurate inventory track and not waste my whole morning waiting for a service that couldn't get done.

I will put negative star if possible. I bought my tires with them and road hazard warranty with the tires. Yesterday, one of them is flat so I drove there at 8 am. They call me back at 11 said it cannot be repaired and I need a new tire. I said OK and I have road hazard warranty so please give me the same tire with the estimate cost. They called me three times afterward just saying I need a new tire. I have to repeat every time of my answer. At 3 pm, they said the new tire is ready. I picked it up and drove home to find out they put a cheap tire on it and charged full price for it!!! Their service is horrible and the road hazard warranty is never acknowledged!!!

The service during my visit was simply superb! Erica, the cashier, masterfully managed a high volume of traffic cheerfully and attentively, which was impressive! She offered to assist me with a battery look up, if necessary and patiently informed me of the replacement process. Prior to my visit Erica also answered my phone call about service professionally. My new battery was installed much sooner than anticipated and another bonus was free inspection of my tire pressure along with free installation of the battery. The price was quite nice for a five-year battery and included warranty. Apparently the car technicians are very good too. I will visit this auto care shop again!

Horrible business practices, says open from 7-7 daily yet have went on numerous occasions to get work done and no one is there. Make excuses saying managers don’t hire the right staff maybe they need to fire everybody and start over!

-100 stars. I took my car to the store for oil cahnge and an hour later told my transmission is jerking ang they can’t change the oil. My transmission is completely good. I looked at the undercarriage and found that that they did not know how to open the plastic cover over the oil plug. So, they lied and canceled the service. First of all, the technicians there are not qualified and secondly they are rude. I hope they didn’t enter that in my carfax, if they did I will sue that shop and their unintelligent and unprofessional technician. You can’t just come and say transmission is bad just because you can’t open the oil change cover.

Received the message the service has started but after 30 mins, my car still in the parking lot when I come to ask them they just said the service was cancelled. No call no text about the update!!! I was seating the area the whole time. They could see me and let me know. When I come in I even ask them if they can do the oil change because my vehicle is big. And they said yes!!!!!

Ive scheduled tire service at least twice for this walmart and the other one. Says tires are in stock but they keep cancelling it the day before. This last one was scheduled a week out so was under the impression the tires were being ordered but either way they cancelled again. Never answers the phones,, they just hang up on you. Ive never had bad service like this from walmart before but this id ridiculous.
