Ask to have my engine checklight reviewed. Rather than tell me the issue, they just started taking apart my car without asking my permission. I bet if I was a man they would've asked my permission 😒. No one would talked to me. I guess females are beneath them. I'm just disgusted with the entire experience.

I had the pleasure of finding this place by google searching.. and I have to say this place is a must go to spot. Over the dealership.. my representative was chandler and he did my work no issues and what the dealership said was wrong told me that it wasn’t necessary to change and that saved me some money.. I truly appreciate his honesty and the work of the all the staff.. they could have done it and charged me but they took the lesser.. thanks chandler for being upfront…

Been going here for 10 plus years. I started going to this shop because of my father. Recently they did my tie rods... i called before i went. The guy who did my oil change prevously. Remembered me and asked me what was wrong. And he looked at it and gave me a price. And told me it would be a few hours.. and he called me when it was done. He also explained other work that needs to be done. Very informative! I alway recommend this place

I brought my van in on a short notice. I walked in and was greeted with the most jolly damn smile you have ever seen. I’m Jason “ What ya no Good?” I told Jason the issues I was having and he personally got up and walked to look the van his self. They had me fixed up quick and while they might not know this, they made my day!!!

I have been bringing my cars and trucks there for years. Most honest auto repair shop in Baton Rouge. On more than one occasion I've had a tire dealer tell me I also needed expensive repairs only to have Jason (owner) tell me I didnt actually need the repairs, or the repairs needed were significantly less. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I have been using a service that had proven incompetent for a oil change. They repeatedly left my hood open and never knew how to reset my settings on the dash. After 3 strikes, I started searching for a new place. I have read numerous reviews and the ones with this place really stuck out for me. So I decided to give them a chance. And I am so glad I did!! The mechanic James is top-notch! After speaking with him in the beginning, I knew without a doubt I was at the right place. Then I met Jason at the front desk who was extremely honest me and confirmed I was making the right choice. I gave them a chance with confidence and I was very pleased with the results. James when above and beyond. There were no hidden surprises and not only did they do an outstanding job, they actually knew how to work the in dash computer in my Infiniti! I will now only do business with them and thank them for everything they have done for me!

Jason is the best!! His honesty and integrity permeates with each and every customer. He tells it to you straight, which, as a woman, I appreciate! If he can’t fix it, he guides you to someone who can. We don’t trust, anyone else with our vehicles, as we have gone to him for years. He establishes a rapport with every customer that walks into his door, and even remembers their names. He is fabulous at his job.
