I recommend hiring a new office person. The woman in the office is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I'm changing my review because to 5 star because the owner is awesome and dedicated to his customers. However that lady still needs to be replaced.

I have used these guy in the past and they have made repairs for much cheaper than other places quote. I just had to have them clean up after the place that changed my oil and didn't properly reinstall the skid plate under the oil pan. I have had terrible luck with other mechanics recently and feel like I can trust these guys to fix what others screw up.

I really enjoyed my experience with Keith’s Auto. I talked on the phone with a nice lady who was borderline insulting my intelligence and gave me one time slot for the whole week to drop off the car. I needed a simple oil change and also needed to check the transmission fluid due to a concern I had with the gears shifting. Well, after being forced to pre-authorize a minimum payment of $200, I was greeted with a total of $245 just for the oil change and no work done to the transmission. Parts and labor for a 7 quart oil change was $105, and $110 for a basic diagnostic of the transmission. When I asked about the breakdown of everything, I was promptly rushed to sign the printed receipt. Oh and they didn’t top off the washer fluid which is supposed to be done per the notes in the oil change description. Lovely folks here at Keith’s, would definitely maybe come back when I have an extra $500 to blow.

He even rescued our old mother last weekend when we couldn't find anybody else to help and he adjusted our generator so it would work through the hurricane season... can't say enough good things about this company.

OMG, this place is great. They were quick to answer when I called and gave me very realistic expectations. When I arrived they gave me a further run down as to what to expect with time and cost. They then blew all of my expectations away. They had my problem identified and fixed almost as soon as I sat down. They then gave my car a once over to be sure it was good to go before sending me out. I was anticipating waiting a week and paying $$$, but that was not the case. My situation is a bit unusual, but I will certainly trust my car to them again in the future.

If you want a thorough repair and done right the first time, take your vehicle to Keith’s Auto. I was aware of other problems with my Truck and took the truck in for a fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump and made me aware of the brakes and lights also. They repaired my vehicle down to the last minor details. They have a customer for life now. Thanks Al and Keith

My family has been using Keith's for 7 years. They do a great job for us, are always polite and very helpful. Our goal is to maintain our vehicles to get as many years out of them as possible. We'll replace them when it's no longer worth putting money into them. Keith always give us advice on what he thinks in our best interest , not what is best for his pocket book. I trust his advice and highly recommend him.

We have 3 company vehicles we put a lot of miles on & need regular repairs. We were bringing our vehicles to Keith’s for months, spending thousands. Their work is good & the turnaround is fast. They are somewhat overpriced, However dealing with the receptionist, karlene, is a nightmare. It’s almost like she’s trying to talk you out of doing business with them. And when i pointed this out to Keith he took up for her. She must be his girlfriend or daughter, there is some relationship there. Either way, I would not recommend dealing with them bc they have zero customer service to a returning customer that spends thousands, monthly.

They fixed what I came for, and on the test drive took it to the state inspection place for me and had it inspected since it was expired...saving me time and hassle. Keith is friendly and informative, and Karlene at the front desk is welcoming. I overheard her saying the mechanics stay with the company for years because they are treated well. Customers are treated well, too.

I have been having problems my air-conditioning for over a month now and fire stone was overcharging me and was not given me a clear answer of what was wrong. I brought it to Mr. Keith he fixed it within one day and gave me a clear understanding of what he was doing. Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. From my initial phone conversation to the follow up call I received when he was checking to see how the car was driving (and also casually mention that he went ahead and knocked out the two small dents in my bumper), This was one of the most positive experiences I have every had with a mechanic and I am thrilled I have found someone I feel I can really trust.
