I just recently tried Park Forest Auto and I can honestly say I was impressed. Before I get to the good here are a few things I think some would be concerned about. It feels crowded when on the lot but that’s understandable it’s a two stall shop. The owner and his assistant are usually the only ones there for whatever reason so it’s hard to communicate sometimes. Now the good the service was exceptional he noticed things that was effecting the performance of the truck brought it to my attention and fixed it for almost nothing. He was very nice and professional older guy reminded me so much of the type of men that grew up around. With the claustrophobic feeling you feel when on the lot it’s minor in my opinion so PFA 5⭐️’s over here small business owners will always get my support

Please do not take your vehicle there went there to get both of my oxygen sensors changed they took my new one that I bought and replace it with a old one not even 5 minutes from leaving the place my car was doing the same thing plus I had to get a whole battery because when I went to get my car they were close and my battery was dead

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible place. Don’t even see how they are still open. Came here to have AC compressor changed, they “changed it and it only worked for 2 weeks. Brought it back claimed they couldn’t find the leak. Brought my truck to another shop and turns out Park Forest Auto didn’t even replace the compressor. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the worst place to go to so be warned. I ended up getting my transmission repaired here and the next 3 months, it started slipping and gave out. Every time I called to just to talk to someone they would just take my name and tell me they would call back and never do so it legit took 2 months just for them to tell me bring my truck. Once it got there, I tried to get a status on about a time frame for when it’ll be repaired but once again they would just take my number and say they’ll call back but my truck just been sitting there for another month. This place is very disorganized. DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you want problems.
