I had come a few times for minor issues. Then I had to get my car towed when it wasn't starting. Was nervous about doing that because every repair shop knows that it would cost money for someone to decline a repair and have it towed elsewhere, so they might try charging higher rates. To my surprise, the cost was lower than expected. On top of that they got it on Friday afternoon, worked on it on the weekend, and had it back to me on Monday morning, AND the check-engine that has been on for months finally went away for more than a couple of days. I had taken the car to other repair shops and they charged me higher rates and only made the check-engine warning go away for a day or two. Now, K & H will be my first call for any needed repair work. Thank you, K & H!

Steer clear of this place if you’re a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. I really liked them the first time they worked on my car, they kept me updated and explained everything thoroughly. Idk what happened when I went there the second time. The customer service this time was absolutely terrible. The older gentleman was extremely rude and condescending over the phone and in person. I waited in a silent shop while he typed on the computer without saying a word to me. I was sitting there waiting so long that a mechanic had to step in and help me. All I was doing was picking up my car.

They was able to diagnose the problem an fix the issue in less than 2 business days, which is very awesome when it's your only means of transportation. Great group! They absolutely know what they are doing. Best service I've ever had in the auto repair industry. PLEASE READ! ABSOLUTELY TRUE ACCOUNT! Dealership used for my 2015 Sonic since the day I bought it. Spent $15,000.00 on repairs since warranty expired. Bring it in, they can't find the problem. Gets worse, then they find the problem(s). Last straw was them scanning and testing for 3 months with no answers. GM consult resulted in a recommendation to change the entire engine for 10,000.00. I refuse, pick it up and drive it to K & H, because I've been happy with their work on my '02 F-150. $300 and an hour later, Jojo at K & H had it fixed, and no check engine light since. Been 3 months and a few thousand miles. K & H is honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable.

K & H to the rescue! I had car trouble on Friday of the Labor Day weekend. K & H took the car in, diagnosed the problem, and had me back on thee road in under three hours. Alan and Richard are the best...trustworthy, honest, professional, and fair with their pricing. I could not be more pleased and will definitely be back for all my auto repair and maintenance needs! I did not have a pleasant experience. I came in for a headlight bulb replacement, even though only one was out, and my main request was that both headlights be white. I was told one headlight was LED and the other was not, which seemed accurate. After being charged nearly $300, one light was still orange, the other was LED, I then noticed that a fog light was out after service which was extremely odd. When I called to bring my car back the next morning, after being told there would be no charge if there were any issues, I was rudely told by the man at the front counter that it would cost an additional $67. So basically, I paid around $300 to replace the LED, replace the working orange light with an orange light, and replace a previous working fog light to a new fog light. Most definitely a money-hungry place, which I should've known by the condition of the place. The front counter lady was very helpful and professional, but the rest of the staff was unprofessional and rude both in person and over the phone, even though I remained polite. I appreciate honest, good customer service, which is why I want to acknowledge her, but I DO NOT recommend this place. It was not worth the runaround.

They have great service, they fix ur issues the first time. His daughter is the cashier and she’s amazing. This is my go to automotive shop for my 22 Toyota Camry. This is my go to automobile shop K&H, Alan and his daughter makes you feel like you’re at home. They will help you anyway they can. Thanks for the recommendation for a better car, I got me a Toyota Camry, left a Chevrolet. On 10/30/25 my car didn’t want to crank, I hurry up to go to Alan, the dealership was $99 to check out, but Alan checked out my car and fix the issue within minutes. What cost me $315 would have cost thousands at the dealership. I recommend this shop for all your needs, if you don’t have a warranty. Thanks Alan
