Great service. Took my wife’s car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and courtesy inspection because it had been a year since the car was serviced. My wife works from home so she doesn’t drive it much. Most places would try to sell me a bunch of other services i didn’t need, but they performed the oil change and tire rotation and complimented how well my wife takes care of her car and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services.

Christian Brothers is one of the few Auto Repair Shops I’ve dealt with that’s truly professional & trustworthy! The second time I brought my car in, I had just received an estimate of $3000. to $3500. from another shop. Christian Bros found out the problem had been misdiagnosed and fixed it for a 10th of the cost. I know when I bring my car to them, whether for a repair, or just an oil change, my car will be handled professionally, and I’m going to be treated respectfully &, honestly. It’s nice to know that there are still business owners with integrity.

Absolute Garbage. They only get 1 star because you can’t leave no stars. My vehicle went in for a check engine light. Two visits and $1000 later my vehicle drives worse than when it went in and the engine light is still on; throwing the same code. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. I only tried them because of the warranty I have on the vehicle.

Asked for a tired rotation, instead of doing what I asked they just didn’t do it and said I needed new tires. Got a second opinion and they said the tires would be fine to be rotated and should last till next oil change. They also didn’t even add air to the tires, my tires when I got them back were at 26 psi. Not being my car or wife’s car here anymore.

It's so great to know that no matter which Christian Brothers Automotive you go to, you will get the same exceptional care. We used the Pre-puchase Inspection for the first time before buying a vehicle. The Baton Rouge shop went through and gave us a thorough breakdown of what they inspected as well as recommendations. New transmission and clutch in my 1994, with $160,000 miles, Jeep Rio Grande. As a female, Retired Veteran, I expect Service to be structured. Christian Brothers lived up to that expectation. I appreciated the acknowledgment of receipt of my vehicle after being towed and the immediate diagnosis after receiving the vehicle, all or most notification sent via text, arms length. I was sent a diagnosis of what was needed and I elected or approved which repairs to be done, prior to commencement of any work. I appreciate the exceptional courtesy and service from management and the Professionalism and reasonable timeframe provided by the Mechanic, Jason, on exactly how long it would take for completion of repairs after parts came in. Overall, my experience was a “10” because I was satisfied with the outcome from the repairs requested to be done and the timeframe it took. Trusted experts! Superb work!
