Service was great and convenient. Months down the line my insurance company confirmed my rates were increased due to 4 comprehensive claims of at least 1k due to having rock chips repaired. Rick (company owner) came to my home within about 75 minutes of me contacting him to fix a small chip in my windshield. He was professional and very friendly. He handled the insurance claim and was very efficient with the repair. The entire process, from him calling my insurance company when he arrived to finishing the repair, took about 30 minutes or so. The chip is now barely noticeable, and the repair has a lifetime warranty. I will keep his business card (presented with candy, such a nice touch!) use Accurate Windshield Repair myself again in the future if the need arises, as well as refer him to others.
