Honestly I had not thought about Meineke before. Wow was I wrong. The customer service was outstanding, from the initial phone call, to the in person consultation to the final phone call. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I had originally went to the dealership. The dealership didn’t even try to fully diagnose the issue with my truck. Meineke was very thorough and gave me straight forward options. I will definitely be using the Coursey location again.

Mr. Adam Smith’s personality along with his excellent customer relations skills makes my experience a pleasurable memory. He helped me get through the funeral of my 2007 Patriot Jeep on 11/22/24 due to a cracked wire-harness etc. He held my hand and instructed me with the claim arrangement.
