Lovely lady at desk understood why I was there. Went to my car, confirmed problem. Necessary to get part delivered. I left with my car. Was contacted when part active. Returned, asked that another problem be checked. Repaired initial problem - tire ' & repaired tail light. All taken care of within 1 day - including ordering tire. Reasonable cost.

Extremely disappointed. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the A/C repaired. I was called and told that they had figured out the A/C issue and quoted me a price of $545.00 for the A/C repair and of course the cost for the oil change. After thoughtful consideration, I agreed to go with the repair. I picked up the car, and the A/C worked one day, and the tires were not rotated after the Oil Change. Brought the car back and they said it was a different issue with the A/C (different after they diagnosed with the quote to fix it) they explained they could not fix this issue so I’m without A/C and I spent $500 out of pocket. Went back the second time to pick up the car (with no fix to the A/C) the tires were still not rotated. If a customer must remind Chabill’s that they need to rotate the tires 2 times and they forget both times is just poor work. They never offered any money back. So, I must wonder if the diagnosis was not complete or correct. It is not the customer’s place to give the diagnosis; the customer depends on them to do this. The reason customers depend on the diagnosis is because; perfect example I would not have spent $500 if it would not have worked in the end. I based my decision on the diagnosis. Yes, they did change a line on the A/C however, the diagnosis was incomplete. Not fair to lead me to think that was the issue. Money is so hard to come by and you think you could depend on what you pay for. The name on the service record "Mike Perez"

I had a nail in my tire after driving in from Florida so I called them and they said bring it in and we will take care of it. Boy did they, they patched my tire and sent me on my way…. No charge! Very knowledgeable, very friendly…looks out for their customers. Gave me a ride back to my place while my truck was in the shop for a good chunk of the day. One of the best shops I’ve been in my 30 years of existence- my dad was a mechanic so I was always in a shop- they’re not one of those scam artists shops. The manager was very friendly and helpful, I brought my nissan to get a tire replaced and he went above and beyond to get that done for me with no troubles at all. The entire service was complete in about an hour and I will be returning for any tire needs in the future due to the convenience and helpfulness of the management. This manager needs a raise!

I stopped over at chabill's because a light in my car indicated that I needed air in my spare tire so I asked the attendant if he could put air in my spare tire. He not only did that but he put air in all of my tires and found a nail in one of them. He fixed it and it took only 20 minutes and he said you're good to go. I asked how much and he said no charge. Unbelievable so I tipped him $5 now I wish I had tipped him $10. What great service.

I had an unusually low tire pressure reading on one of my tires. Took it to Chabill’s for a repair. I ended up having a screw in the tire and they repaired it at NO CHARGE! I asked why there is no charge and the nice lady working said they like to provide free tire repairs to the community! What a nice thing to do! The staff were very friendly and professional. I will return in the future.

Terrible, bought a new tire for my Sprinter Van. Less than 600 miles ,and I have a bow out and stuck on the side of the road in Texas. I called back to see what can be done, NOTHING !. I come to find out that there is no Warrenty on a " NEW " tire, just because it's on a commercial Van. Folks, that is why I pay extra and go to the big boys.

I believe the service was excellent. And the hosting was excellent. I found myself stranded without power steering in the morning. They replaced a couple of belts and found my axle to be bent. They gave me a list of things that need to be done. My car is old. However my engine light is on now and it wasn’t when I got there. I am not feeling secure with the outcome.
