Flash vs Darrell Once again not even a week later we go down this road for another situation, with Brianna ! You can’t make this up, I was going to this car wash since 2019 since I own 5 properties in the area. So invest my money into the community I own homes and do business. Now I come There today February 19, 2024 to wash my car. The attendant tell me that my carded expired. I told the attendant that’s impossible. I just use my card last week. Brianna walks out and state that since I put a review about her online they no longer want to do business with me because I put her at risk of being hurt. I don’t see how me talking my experience from this car wash is putting anyone at risk. to be honest with you, there’s a great car wash on Meriden Road called “ The pink elephant”the lines, a little heavy at times but when you go there, you feel like family. That says a lot ! Brianna should not be so offended by me stating how I felt I have Airbnb if someone leaves my Airbnb and not satisfied they will leave a review it is what it is thats is life. I never threatened this individual I never attack individual like I spoke civilizes individual and told them I told her I put a review about her. She had no idea I told her myself. I don’t like how business is ran at this location. I fell Harassed and discriminated against. Every time I came there, I felt singled out I seen individuals car, bumpers, missing, missing, headlights brake lights damage to the passenger side, rockers passenger doors and did not have no occurrences whenever I came through my cars. There was always some sort of issue and I never put my finger on it. Why did you sale to them ! Personal Touch you and I had a great relationship! Every time I go to that location the vacuums never work there always Hobos , bothering people when washing and vacuuming cars. Half the vacuums, don’t even work over there. They have no corporate number to call this so-called overseer of sites numbers never listed to contact this individual it’s a big headache 🤕 someone clean house ! Get a new manager restructure this place if you can’t take criticism and you can’t take reviews then why run the business????????? I was asked by Brianna for my cell phone so this so called director of operations will be contacting me, in which she lied and I was contact by Waterbury PD and they state that FLASH doesn’t want me on the property now talk about shady business practices 1 star ⭐️.is well deserved. Back to Golden nozzle I rather drive to Cromwell then put up with this non sense. Sincerely Darrell

I decided to give Flash Car Wash another try. I received a free car wash as it was their reopening weekend with all new equipment and building was freshly painted. I like the idea of the new dryer wheel at the end, however I'm sure that had an effect on employees being replaced. The employee that assisted me at check in, was the new manager; she was very pleasant and friendly. I did have an issue with the vacuums, as there was no suction. The employee who helped me, knew exactly what the issue was, and I had no issues vacuuming a 2nd time! I do like that the air spray guns were added to the vacuum line. The only recommendation I would make, is to provide cleaning supplies and rags to complete the car cleaning task. This was a major inconvenience as I had to go home to do this, which created double work, and more time. I greatly appreciated the free car wash, and I will keep you in mind when I have my cleaning supplies with me. I will revisit in the near future, as I want to see the building and grounds completed.

I really like coming to this car wash. My car always comes out looking pristine & clean. Customer service is top notch as well. I’ve only had one issue with charges and Brianna really stepped up to help me out. She kept open communication and let me know when she was working to resolve my issue. She did an excellent job and went above and beyond. #bestcarwash

I don't get my car washed very often, but when I do, I like to come here. A long while ago I got my Jeep stuck in a different car wash, so now that I drive a Tahoe, I get a bit nervous going through. I never have an issue here & they are fast & efficient.

This place WAS a pretty good spot, up until today, unfortunately 😒. The monthly membership includes the wash AND vacuums, and in my case, I mostly utilize the vacuums. So how come today, I go and get the wash, desperately needing to vaccum, and the vacuums are blocked off, an hour before they close, with other cars utilizing them. So I got the wash and no vaccum 🤦🏽‍♀️, but everybody else was using the vaccum🤨. There was no sign saying no vaccumes after a certain time, nobody said anything, like " Hey BTW the vacuums are closed " NO NOTHING 😑, literally just blocked it off, and what got me is, it was blocked off right before I went in, which is what got me pissed off. I pay for a service and expect to get what I pay for , and it wasn't no $20 plan either. So, like I said, todays experience was very off-putting. It felt personal, and im taking it that way. Hopefully, it'll get better. I Canceled my membership and taking my business elsewhere 👎🏼✌🏼

Auto wash and free vacuums. Cheapest wash is $12. Vacuums are free, but they ask you to try to keep it to 10 minutes. I was there about a half hour.

Would give this place negative if I could.... the guy who guides you in did the opposite. Just stood there. Not even 15 seconds later my tire light went on. When done went to vacuum the car out and noticed something off. My tire was completely flat. Went to put air at the Irving, but can’t because the valve stem is completely snapped in half. Went to tell staff and he said he can’t do anything. He proceeded to call his manager who supposedly is nowhere near. Was told they will look into the matter tomorrow. Poor customer service and lazy employees who can’t even do the simplest of tasks.

On February 6th at 2:51, I visited for a car wash and observed that the employee responsible for loading vehicles was on her phone texting instead of paying attention to her duties. This is not the first time I’ve noticed this behavior, as she is frequently on her phone during work. Given the safety concerns associated with that position, this lack of attention is concerning. I hope management takes the necessary steps to address this matter and ensure a safe and professional environment for customers.
