Never again. The number of times that I had to click "No, a single car wash" or "No, I don't want to save" or "No, I'm sure I only want a single car wash" was so irritating that I will never go here again. There are plenty of other car washes with free vacuums that don't try to gaslight me out of an additional $4 while I'm literally trying to give them $20 and move on with my day. @ Flash Car Wash do not take this out on the staff person working there. They were lovely and helpful and we all know programming that monstrosity of a POS system was not their job.

They offer a variety of wash options ranging from a basic wash to wax and wheel scrubs. These also vary in cost as well. The actual wash process is the same with various options that are probably not making a big difference in the amount of noticeable cleanliness. It did remove all the large amounts of dirt. There were several dirt prints from falling leaves that were not removed. The nice thing is that the vacuums are at no cost whether you have your vehicle washed or not. The price is reasonable for what they provide. If you need to get your vehicle cleaned at a reasonable price give them a try and decide for yourself. Happy motoring.

I just went today to get all the green pollen washed off my car and they were having a special for $10 for a month of unlimited washes so I got the silver plan which goes to $34.95 after the 30 days so I got a good deal. It did a great job washing my car and I only give 3 stars because my front license plate was folded in half. Something in there must be so strong of it can fold a license plate, thank god I was able to bend it back somewhat without it breaking off. Something needs to be done about this as I’ve read other reviews of the same thing happening to them

I have a monthly membership to this business, love where it is located, easy in and out of Warwick Ave. The vacuums are one of the best around. They offer free vacuums here, you don't even need to use the car wash. They recently added another feature to the end of their wash, which is a huge roller that dries your vehicle off even more so than the normal hot air dryers being used at the end of the ling.

Worst one in chain. Vacuums at 40%. Complained over 2 weeks ago I was told they would be fixed soon.I was tbere today manager said sorry but offered no credit from the 38dollar monthly fee. The vacuumsthat do work are not that great. Looking for a new carwash

Hi my name is bob,my wife's and I recently bought a Toyota and with it you get 60 days free wash at flash car wash.we live in warwick and used the one on warwick ave.so we went thru the wash and a couple day's later noticed part of our roof molding was missing, so I went back and spoke with Ashley. She was nice and showed me the video and it showed that when I entered the wash it was there and when I left it wasn't. She said I would have to wait for it to rain that's when they clean the pit, it has rained two times since and I still don't have my part back and no one answers the phone.well a manger please fix this.

Great service! Car was covered in pollen and sap and they cleaned it right up, and I was in and out in 10 minutes or so. They also have vacuums available to clean out the inside of your car.

Usually, this place is great. Earlier today 1/2/25 I got really scared because the truck in front of me applied their brakes and or something else. I am glad the staff noticed and stopped the car wash. I did have a lot of anxiety the rest of the car wash due to how close I was to the truck in my car. Not able to see. I was glad to get out of there. Free vacuums are a plus. I wish there were power washer hoses on site for mat rinse and car rinse. Also, a porta potty or something would be cool to do when cleaning the car we can take a break to use the bathroom.

Overall my vehicle came out clean and it was nice that vacuums are free and not timed. However my license plate came looking like a bear tried to take a piece out of it. Anything to do with the DMV in this state you lost me. Why in the heavens does my plate come out completely mangled…buyer be ware

Came here today, although my Jeep may be old, it’s in really good shape and everything on the car is just about pristine, my jeep came out with part of the back bumber completely broken and ripped off. The plastic tabs were still on the car. Now I don’t ask for a refund or anything, wasn’t sure what exactly to do in the moment. Not very happy about this. I would’ve expected the lady to refund me when she handed a piece of my car to me! Not going back anytime soon.

More than half of the vacuums do not have hoses. On one of the nicest days of the year, the car wash was closed for maintenance! Update closed again, 2 days on a ROW. That's what you get for paying monthly; they can shut down anytime.

Great car wash, friendly staff. Clean area and have been working to get hoses/vacuums in order as I’m sure running all the time volume takes a toll. Was nervous regarding new trailer hitch policy (didn’t want to lose my go-to-spot) but my truck was waved in and had a great wash minutes later. I’m sure the hitch policy has something to do with the rear brush rollers and how far the hitch sticks out or rollers work but YMMV.

Update Again: how is it that you're raising prices again yet the tire shine hasn't worked in 2 months and the people keep saying it's going to be fixed. Take the money that you keep getting and fix the tire shine. People who pay $50 a month want their tires shining. Getting old. Are You looking to lose customers. price keeps climbing and service keeps going down. I pay for the highest service they have and the back of the truck does not get washed. NO wipers/ cleaners go across the back. It doesn't make any sense. I don't have a trailer hitch. It's never happened before and all of a sudden for a month now it just refuses to wash the back of the truck. Fix your machines. No one wants filthy backs. It makes no sense. Would you buy something that you only get 75% of. Fix it or people will start leaving. Not cool. 50 a month for filthy backs. Nope. See pics. Maybe try another car wash time. This place is great. Very good prices and you can keep your auto baby clean at all times. And it includes tire shine. Great deal and does a great job. The platinum plan includes hot wax and car looks shined up at all times. It also includes rain x and jet dry so it dries nice ....not a lot of spotting like other washes and the rain x works great for all the rain we have been getting haha . But when it did rain I didn't even need my wipers. Rain X worked great. Keep up the great work Flash and welcome to the Neighborhood. We are glad to have you !

Suddenly after about 2 yrs going through the car wash with my roof rack the manager doesn’t want to risk it and wouldn’t allow me to go through the car wash even though it clearly states when you go in, it’s at my own risk.. I’ve bought three of my kids platinum memberships that I will definitely be canceling

Whatever you do, don’t pay for the diamond wash. It’s totally not worth it. My car doesn’t look any better than if you just do the standard wash. It barely does anything to your tires, and it says it puts a shine/wax on your car, it doesn’t.

This is a great carwash coming from Scrubadub to here the only thing it could use is some towels to wipe down your car and spray bottles to clean your windows with like Scrubadub had. Other than that it’s perfect.

Horrible customer service at this location. I am very upset I have been coming to this location for a few years and the staff is always friendly. I asked the girl kindly who has glasses to spray my car she refused and walked away. I went through the car wash again and asked if I could have my car sprayed as the dirt did not come off and she refused again when I asked to speak with the manager.I have the platinum membership this is unacceptable!
