If I could not give any star I would. Call for a tire and they told me they had 3 available, (since my car had 1 deflated) I called again to ask about the tires and the guy didn’t take my phone calls, when I arrived at the place the man told me he doesn’t want to sell me the tire and the very stupid unable to answer the calls

The owner needs to learn how to treat customers. he charges for diagnostics.. this is like charging for a quote on a job. Not ethical at all, this means I have to pay twice to get my car fixed… MONEY HUNGRY AND RUDE AS WELL. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 El dueño solo quiere sacar $$$ lo más que pueda a los clientes

Don’t ever bring your car here. I brought my car in for two tires to be mounted and brakes to be done. He couldn’t find the right pads but still charged me for the labor. He said that he doesn’t work for free because he took everything apart and put them back together. I don’t mind paying for the tires, but not the labor for the brakes. I tried to reason with him by charging half for the brakes, but he insisted for me paying the full amount. I didn’t want to argue with him because of the language barrier and just left. Very poor customer service.

Don’t even think of bringing your car here! The owner is a money hungry dirt bag that can care less about good customer service. I bought a used tire from here and the very next day, it was completely flat and ruined. I called the place and was told all sales are final. I’m not sure if it’s poor quality of skilled service or just bad luck on my part. I inspected the tire and didn’t find any nail or anything. I’m not a tire expert so I don’t know the reason why it got flat. I wish the owner was more friendly about taking care of his customers. I will never bring my car here again. If I ever get a flat right in front of this place, I would rather walk home.

The owner and the employees go above and beyond for their customers. With my personal experience they professionally diagnosed my car that was water damaged although it should’ve been scarped and total loss they did everything in their power to get this car operating again and did so at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Genesis Auto Repair & Tires! I was on my way to work and hit a pot hole that ripped a slice in my tire. Fortunately I was on Farmington Ave where Genesis is located. They replaced my tire for more then a reasonable price. Also him and his wife were so very nice and understanding. I was on my way to my job and very upset. They calmed me down and went above and beyond to get me back on the road in just about 1/2 hour. THANK YOU GENESIS!!

The main thing I would like to say is that the family that runs that show are amazing people. The service was kind, warm n, welcoming. Also, they information that they possessed was phenomenal. Wait times are not bad either, in and out within 1 hour. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
