I would love to give a higher rating but never had the opportunity. I called up requesting a pre-purchase inspection on a ‘68 GTO I purchased in Providence, I live in NC. The only question I asked was for a way to contact the inspector prior to committing to the service, so I could vet him/her a little. I was told that’s not possible. Sorry, I’m not going to pay nearly $300 to inspect a valuable classic car without at least knowing what year he graduated high school. I did ask to speak to the supervisor to try to reach a resolution, and the gentleman from a far off country told me they didn’t have supervisors. Cool idea, bad application.
