The tunnel car wash isn't the best, but the free vacuums work better than most places around. It's worth it to go just for the vacuums.

I have a membership for 0ver 4 years originally from johnston which was a very good car wash. But little far away. I started going to Cranston, which was really good. But then it started to get run down like the signs ore missing or broken and car wash was not washing the car that great.But the employee s were very nice ,East providnce is very good we'll be coming back .I wish it had a mat cleaner machice..

They just went up on prices... this is fine but. I like the air pressure hose at the vacumes but alot are missing they should be at every station...how can you go up on prices bur not have all the equipment avail that we pay for.. very frustrating...

Went to vacuum my car. This place has GREAT vacuums! Very strong. Plus they have an air presser gun to blow out all the dirt and dust from the car mats. (My son loved that part) We will definitely be back!

If you could give less than one star I would do that I went there this morning with a brand new Rent-A-Car when I came out of the wash the hood and the fenders were all scratched up. When I asked the manager to look at it he didn't even look he just category denied it and then started getting crappy with me. If you want your car damaged this is the place to go

While I was vacuuming my car, a whole $100 bill fell out of my crossbody bag. I immediately notified staff and was told I would have to wait till the next day when they clean out the machines. Called the next day and claimed they never found it. It was a rainy day and there were barely any customers all day. Definitely can’t trust this location.

Dam, So I cancelled my membership and did not go back for 2 weeks. Happen to go one day after those 2 weeks and freaking membership is still active, after the worker said he would cancel it. Not to mention the Manager had the nerve to say, I did go back as if I'm a clown 🤡 or something. In business you never argue with your customer! I'm done, never will go back and I'm definitely checking with my bank to put a block on this business. Untrustworthy!!!

This place opened up over the winter and was giving out free car washes and a monthly plan for 01. I got sucked in. The guys that work at the front when you first pull up are nice, good luck after that. Once you pull around the corner to actually pull into the car wash no one is there to guide you in or if they are there they are too busy socializing to help you! I got the gold wash and the 3 times that I used the car wash I noticed that my car had spots on the same areas that I had to clean myself. For that price you would think your whole car would get clean but apparently not. The free vacuums are nice but most places offer those so it’s nothing extravagant I don’t think I will be renewing my membership

i’m stuck between a three and the four star rating. I think that this is a great option for a quick clean that does the job for the most part but I get the platinum wash, which includes tire cleaning, and I come out with my rims still dirty. I wish that there were rags so I could dry some of the soap residue off before it dries to the car, that would be a great touch! The staff is always friendly and I have no real complaints other than that for the month of December I drove there multiple times and was unable to get a wash, which was frustrating because I pay for a monthly pass and for about four weeks every time I drove there, the entryway was blocked off by a cone or a van.

Flash Car Wash is fabulous, the employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable. This location opened up during the winter and they immediately offered free car washes which I thought was a great way to generate business because the product is great . Free vacuum service is also available. I purchased one of the membership offers, I like it and go often. The only issue is I have a 4x4 Truck and the automatic reader never is able to access my membership from my license plate. One of the employees said the membership stickers are available but I haven’t been fortunate enough to receive one yet to make the experience smoother. Aside from that, I would give this location the 👍🏽

My husband decided to try out this new car wash that recently just opened, when we pulled up a kind young woman approached us asked us if we were members, we weren’t, but now we will be! She gave us a free car wash, just to see if we liked it. Which we LOVED it. Car is super clean, tires were taken care of, left a very shiny coat on the entire car. And the free vacuums were super sufficient, powerful suction. 11 out 10 experience. And their customer service shouldn’t go unnoticed, thank you again for the free wash, it was so highly appreciated.

Free Vacuums and air blow out. Can’t beat free. So much dog hair in my car. Using the air gun made it a lot less. Just wish the nozzle was bigger. Honestly, no complaints because it was a great experience.

I don’t like this place because you aren’t guaranteed to be able to use the vacuum station after you’re done the wash. They allow anyone to come in and use the vacuum stations leaving you to have to circle and circle waiting for a spot.

Love the monthly wash program. Great price, free vacuums, and my car always looks clean. Really convenient. That said, ever since I started using this car wash, my windshield has developed spots or weird little imperfections in the sun. Probably from the dirty brushes… so now my car sparkles everywhere even where I actually need to see. Still worth it for the clean car, but I guess my windshield is paying the price.
