Prices has gone up but quality has gone down big time. Better of going to golden nozzle down the street. I paid for diamond package and also wanted the interior cleaned. Normally I can pay for everything at the kiosk where you pick your car wash but the system would not let me add the interior clean. So no big deal ill finish the wash then pull around to the bay. The was 3 bays running but the first one seems to be cars for the dealership. The end one had 1 car and the third one had 2. Each bay holds 3. And there was about 6 employees in that area but only 3 working. I went into the lobby and saw about 2 customers waiting. Figured I'd get in quick. Nope I had to wait because they would rather chit chat then work. 15 mins goes by and then they pull my car in. Looks like 1 person is working on my car which is no big deal if there wasn't another 2 talking to that person. They vacuum for a second and start to talk then vacuum for a second then start to talk. This went on for 15 mins on just the drivers side. My car is not that dirty. And I have rubber mats that catch most of the dirt. This went on throught the whole interior clean. Normally I'm in and out about 30-40 min's about a haircut but not this time. Idk what happen to this location but the quality is not what it used to be. It was fast and a solid job not anymore.

Good experience. Seemed a bit pricey but did the job, I felt like the back of my car wasn’t clean much but that’s like any other car wash. My license plate was bent in all four corners afterwards lmao so that was different but overall I liked it the employees are there to help select an option too which was good to have.

There was a lot of broken equipment, they should be closed until its fixed. Most of the spinning things that clean the side of the car were not working on either side of the vehicle. I think there was only 1working on the passenger side, none on the drivers side. The manager told me there is also supposed to be a sensor that stops the top spinning parts of the carwash from touching the roof of a car that has a roof rack on it. This was also broken and the drying spinning thing at the exit came down on my roof rack and tore 1 part of it right off my roof. I drove to the front and located a man who seemed to be the manager, told him what happened. He said he was aware there are parts of the car wash that are not working. Seriously? Why is the car wash still open if its not working correctly and giving people the full services they pay for? While the manger was nice, and he had 2 guys come out and put my roof rack back on and offered to vacuum my car for compensation for what happened, this should not be open until they fix it! (I declined the vacuum service). The West Springfield location next to the Toyota dealer was scratching my car every time I went through. So I decided I'd try a different Flash Wash location. And here half of it is not working, and it tore off my roof rack. Come on Flash/Balise what gives here? People pay a small fortune for your monthly wash passes. I used to use Golden Nozzle for many years and never ever had any trouble like this. I got a 60 day free "Flash Diamond wash pass" with my recent car purchase from Balise, and have had all kinds of trouble with your 2 car wash locations I've tried. The West Springfield location buffed off the scratches for me and I appreciated them doing that, but it shouldn't happen in the first place, the manager blamed it on the shape of my car?? I've also run the car through Golden Nozzle car wash a couple times this past weekend after West Springfield Flash buffed out the scratches, I got out of the car immediately and checked for damage, and there were zero scratches and zero damage. So I dont believe its the shape of my vehicle causing the damage. I am very disappointed in the car wash services at the 2 locations of Flash I have tried. (Golden Nozzle is also cheaper) Sorry I cannot recommend Flash Car Wash at all. The employees are very nice, but the machinery they are using is either broken or not being kept clean which causes damage if the cloths spinning against your car have dirt or debris on them. ************************************* 10/19/24 UPDATE REGARDING RESPONSE FROM "OPERATIONS MANAGER": I called, left a message over a week ago, they never called back. Not surprised they didn't bother to call me. It's obvious they don't care about customers complaints, given the crappy condition of their facilities. If they cared, the 2 locations I visited would not have the issues they have. *************************************** 11/12/24 Update, I did finally hear back from the operations manager but only after I texted and asked him why he had never followed up. I was offered 3 months free car wash, and a free buffing and full detailing for my car. I asked if the car wash was going to be fixed and fully operational and was told its getting upgrades. I was offered some hand washes and 1 full free detailing of my car. The operations manager seems like a nice guy, but this company really needs to get it together. They charge more than Golden nozzle and at the two Flash locations I visited, the service was horrible. 1 scratched the heck out of my car, and the other ripped the roof rack off my car.

This place isn’t what it used to be before. Why is it that every time I come to this car wash to get my car cleaned, all I see are the staff on there phones and chilling like this ain’t a job. I’m sorry but some of the workers are not really qualified to work here. There’s times that I come here and I don’t even get my car sprayed down in the beginning by the workers. Some of the workers be hearing music on their AirPods or just on their phones and it doesn’t look good for this company. I wish I had photos to show proof when these guys are literally on their phones just chilling

Just went through the automatic car wash after paying for the Platinum wash. Horrible job. My car was filthy before and not much better after. Attendant didn’t even hose off my car prior to going through. I should get a refund/rewash.

We brought my mom’s car here this weekend as gift for an interior and exterior detail (Mazda cx-9) and they did a beautiful job! My mom babysits 3-4 young kids 3 days a week so her car was in pretty rough shape lol we asked if they could shampoo and vacuum 3 car seats and they agreed for a small fee! We truly appreciated this accommodation. Highly recommend!

While having work done on my car they increased my monthly fee. Now, I’m not grandfathered in because my debt card changed, it’s the first and you take the money out the end of the month. Also, Balise Collision (Main Street ) and Balise Kia customer service needs extra customer service training. Unprofessional started talking about their clients in front of other clients.

The worst vacuum system in all of New England. For over a year it hasn’t worked properly. I’ve given it so many chances, but I’m done. It has no suction power, making it a complete waste of time and money for both the customer and the business, especially when paying the electric bill for something so inefficient. I invite the owner or manager to come and try it for themself. 👎🏽 If they do respond to this review, I can’t imagine what kind of excuse they’re going to come up with. To make it even worse, the West Springfield location had the vacuum area closed, so I wasted my time again along with additional gas for my car. The worst of the worst in all of New England. Period.

It's Monday October 11th 2021 my significant other and I had to come get the car washed and get it vacummed after it hasn't been vacuumed in some time. And we got to this Balise today and just discovered the newly installed vacuumes and WOW what a difference. Before there were maybe 12 to 15 of them now there's a huge amount they installed. And what's also awesome is that there's also car mat holders. Those metal things are for your car mats so they're easier to clean and once they're hooked they stay in place. Absolutely amazing experience. And the suction of the new hoses work AWESOME. TONS of suction and way better than the old ones. Worth the time to come and get your car vacuumed.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE ..My car got scratched by there brushes and the manager and the staff was extremely rude one cursed me out in Spanish and the manager kept fighting with me that there brushes dont scrach there plastic and plastic doesn't scratch 😩 and this isn't the first time last time the brushes took my whole front H sigh off and broke my grill plate 😢 and they had a different manager and he apologized and they changed and fixed it ...Now they have the worst staff ...If you have a new car stay AWAY ...YOU DON'T WANT SCRATCHED UP CAR . Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

My entire experience at Splash last week was excellent — 6 out of 5 stars! From the friendly attendant at the car wash entrance to the incredible detailing job by Tyonne and another pro, plus a comfortable customer lounge to wait in, my car and I were so well cared for! I bought a wash plus $79 detail-while-you-wait (no appointment necessary). My car is big (Toyota Highlander Hybrid SUV) and I hadn’t cleaned it well since summer roadtrips — think beach sand, sticky cup holders, and So. Much. Dog Hair. For the price and time estimate (45 minutes), I expected a decent vac, less dog hair, clean floor mats, wiped-down surfaces. What I got was a car as clean as the day I bought it. The detailing pros spent nearly two hours and restored it to as perfect condition as possible. I tipped generously but it was still the deal of the year.

Super easy to sign up for a membership, they offer several tiers of service. I chose the gold, because I wanted a good wash with undercarriage rinse. They took my info down and I was on my way. Unlimited washes per month is a great deal. And because I signed up in the middle of the month I got a discount. Quick and easy. The lines can get long at this location but they move cars quickly thru. Great bang for your buck
