The self wash bay in the middle was broken so the really nice guy who worked there gave us a free wash so we got our moneys worth. The free wash he gave us was great, our truck looks really nice but if you don't get out and dry the vehicle off and wipe it down there is usually some soap and hot wax left over. The customer service was fantastic.

It’s hit or miss here. Lately my car does not come out clean. I buy the platinum washes and it seems that sometimes I don’t get the wash I pay for. They only sometimes prewash the car and barely at that. I had one guy yell at me to pull up as I was putting money in the tip box. There were no cars behind me. I yelled back asking if he wanted a tip. He didn’t care. The free vacuums are a good deal and of course the people who help at the pay machine are great.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ Mediocre wash and by far the worst vacuums I’ve ever used. Tried to give this place a couple chances but I’m definitely not coming back. Go to Espinosa on Columbus Blvd, if you want your car cleaned correctly.

The car wash itself, does the job. Would of given more stars had the vacuums actually worked good. They still have the old school nozzles that do not get between seats or any other crevice you need to get to. Really need to change them up. I also like to go to a car wash and not have to listen to other peoples choice of music! (We know your there! You are taking up spaces! You dont need all your doors open to get the best sound...they have ear buds now!)

Went to wash my car at the self serve, $8 for 8 minutes, cool right. I check my bank and this car wash has charged me $20 instead of the 8. That’s more than double of what I was supposed to get charged. BEWARE OF USING YOUR CARD!! I have made several attempts to contact them through phone and email and still to have yet to get a response. Will most likely not return to this car wash to be honest, very disappointed.

I pay a monthly membership for this car wash. Over the last year it has just got worse. NONE of the vacuums work. Your lucky if you find one and if not your waiting for one. The rug machine doesn't work. I brought it to the attention of the manager on site he claims they worked and walked over and what do you know it didn't work. He blamed it on the homeless people ( not sure how that works). Will be looking for a new car wash...

After going through the car wash I went to use the vacuums and discovered my truck was still covered with soap. I attempted to use the vacuums, but both vacuums on either side of my parking spot seemed clogged and had very little suction. I gave up on vacuuming and noticed a couple of the guys came back outside so I went back to see why my truck was covered with soap, the worker was nice enough and offered to rewash my truck but he assured me it'd come out covered in soap again. I drove home, rinsed off my truck and vacuumed it making this a complete waste of time and money.

OK, if we’re talking now, I have the flash car wash on Broad Street in Meriden. Great service car comes out. Great vacuums are nice but I did go to the one in New Britain and I would give that one a star to because the vacuums were not great. they didn’t have the little blower that gets rid of the dust in between the vents, it was very ghetto and I would never go to the New Britain one again. I did go to the one in Middletown before and that one was nice. Stay away from the new Britain one

Went through the automatic car wash, new car with new tires. One of my tires became completely flat 20 minutes after using the car wash. Plus I purchased the membership. Completely disappointed. Now I have to either pay for a tire fix/ buy a whole new tire. Even with the DIAMOND wash, my car still looked dirty. Hopefully someone can resolve this issue with me or figure out what went wrong.

You go in dirty and come out dirty. Also they are false advertising what their bundles. They don’t have the big drying roller for the platinum wash. Edit: I specifically bought the platinum wash because it had the Dry & Shine promoted on it. Even if it’s in a different location than this one, it should be an option or promoted. Will you offer refunds for all individuals that bought platinum washes and didn’t get the full service that’s is promoted?

The New Britain location leaves something to be desired. It needs some serious work. I’m always having all sort of billing issues every single month with overcharging my credit card. It is totally ridiculous!! The people that work there are very nice, so it’s completely frustrating to take it out on people who are genuinely nice people, but management needs to figure out what the hell they’re doing.

I came here with my son for the first time. They attended to us and said that with a payment of $21.26, we would have two months of free service. I paid for two cars, and now they've taken that same amount from my account several times without authorization. I called to complain about what happened, and no one answered. When I go to get service, I don't want them to be honest about what they offer. I'm not happy at all.

If I could give this place a zero I would. First of all they are falsely advertising there deals. When I went there 2 months ago, one of the employees said that I would get 2 months free for signing up and then after I’d be paying the regular membership fee. I ended up canceling my membership because I would wash my car there and noticed that the car came out dirty and wet because I found out they have some broken blowers which they are not informing there customers about. Then I noticed they charged me 34 dollars and some change so I proceeded to go ask for a refund and the manager was extremely rude and when I informed of what his employee had offered me he told me that the offer his employee made me didn’t exist and told Me that I’m a liar and that they don’t do refunds. He acted like he didn’t care for my business like if he didn’t vneed customers like me and like we customers needed him. Please don’t support this business and go support the other car wash on Westmain st called Kingz car wash who were very pleasant and actually valued me joining their membership.

Gone to your carwash a few times. And everytime ive gone the rear end of my car looks the same out as it went in. Will never go again. Figured the first time was a fluke but after a few times and still same results it wasn't.

I was a member of the Platinum Car Wash and Flash took it over. They not only started to overcharge me but when the overcharge was brought to their attention they only refunded a portion of it. They also raised the price of a car wash once they took over as well but claimed the price would be lower. I would go to any other car wash than Flash.
