For anyone thanking taking their vehicle to NuFinsh please do not. Scam artist at highest when I first brought my vehicle. The lady at the front desk told me that most likely your truck will be totaled because of all of the damages in the cost I have gap insurance, which would have totaled my vehicle at a certain price, it looks like they stopped the repair right up under the total price so my car will not be totaled and they can get their insurance payment out of my Insurance company. They received my vehicle in March. I got my vehicle back June 21 three whole months they had my vehicle no communication at I had to call every other week to confirm that they will be working on my vehicle Once I receive my vehicle back, there was no gas, no coolant and no oil in my vehicle. My vehicle had a half a tank of gas when I dropped it off to them I drove it to the gas station. I put gas in the tank then I drove it home. After allowing it to sit for 30 minutes, I tried to drive it to the store before I can leave the parking lot it started sputtering and cut off it also had gray smoke coming out the tailpipe. And this is when I found out that there was no coolant, and there was no oil in my vehicle. I called Nufinish back they told me they was not able to do anything for me and that I need to call Brandon Nissan because they are the ones that did the mechanic work up under the hood. So that is what I did but when I called Brandon Nissan they told me to call Nu Finish back because they are the ones that need to figure out what’s wrong. I called my own mechanic too to be exact, and they both gave me the same answer my head gaskets done and that I need to take it back to Nu Finish or Brandon Nissan. To have my car for three months and once I received it back, it runs worse than when I gave it to you is horrible nearly $10,000 worth of work for what. I repeat do not take your vehicle to Nu Finish they will switch out your parts that they’re ordering for your vehicle. Keep them and put on old parts. They are a scam company. I understand. Everyone experience is not the same and maybe everyone is not paying the same amount of money, but if they have full Cooperation with your insurance company believe they will run up the price.

Best customer service I have had in a long time! I put a nasty scratch on my car and got very expensive quotes from less qualified places. Honda recommended me to Nu Finish as they are Honda certified. I am so happy I went. The price they have me was wonderful and they had my car done very quickly - quicker than they anticipated. I also missed my original appointment and they easily rescheduled me again. I am beyond pleased with the job they did with my car as well. My husband is very picky and detail oriented with work in our vehicles and he was very impressed. I will go back to Nu Finish in the future if I need any body work done.

Just had an amazing experience with my SUV went in for an estimate for a very simple bumper wrap minor damage with a golf cart oh, unfortunately expecting some large bill but not only were they reasonable they took me in a mediately on a Friday fixed it so I can get on the highway for $80 highly recommend this location very honest and fair!!

BEWARE! They are the worst. Brought my vehicle in due to a claim. 6 times I went to pick up the vehicle and each time, I found issues with their work. I also noticed every single customer that came in while I was there on6 different occasions, was compelling about something that had been done wrong or something that the shop failed to do correctly. I new this was a bad sign, but I was already committed. My windshield was left off the vehicle while in their shop, you can only imagine, all the dust from sanding Bondo was all in side a 2024 vehicle and in the AC vents, roof liner, every crack and crevice. Totally unacceptable. When brought to their attention, they said that they are not detailers and can't clean it properly and to request that my insurance cover a professional detail. ($450 later). We are noticing issues with the paint. The paint thickness is 1/5 of what the factory paint is on the rest of the car. After speaking with the owner "Larry", I quickly realize I am dealing with an incompetent business owner who is outsourcing some of the business and isn't wanting to take full responsibility. If you have options..... or your insurance company is requesting the services of NU-FINISH, you should look for someone else. These people are a JOKE! I will be trading in my vehicle on a new one to avoid dealing with future paint issues and trying to deal with these derelicts.

Larry is super rude, I was trying to get a estimate to be done and bring my car in asap, he rudely replied “just the paint $700 bye”. I would not suggest bringing any car there if their service is as good as their customer service.

Horrible experience. Took my car there after an accident and after picking it up my blinker wasn’t working trunk was stuck. They’re very inconsiderate. My car was brand new when I picked it up. They got paid. And their responses. Oh, we can fix it. It should’ve been fixed before I picked it up. Do not recommend them. I should’ve took them took it to Got the car from him. Do not recommend them to fix any car.

2nd time using Nu Finish. My wife first needed repairs done to her Honda Pilot, and now my Dodge truck has been completed there as well, Absolutely pleased with the service and the work performed. Allie rocks! She's a sweetheart of a lady and even though there were a couple of challenges in getting undamaged parts delivered for my truck, it was worth the couple of day's wait. She kept in communication on the status and they did a great job of the repairs on our vehicles. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

The assistant at the front is nice. But my car had multiple new paint issues after the repaint service and the owner only refunded me half the amount of the service. I ended up having to pay even more to go to a different body shop for a new paint job. If you go here, you risk a lot. Careful.
