Previously called to see what I had to do to get an estimate,not really familiar with the process It's been over 40 plus years since I have been involved in an accident,so I wasn't sure what the procedure was. I think his name was Jesse,the manager. They have a new name,too. American Automotive Center,Flushing Road Collison. Finally made it there,he took pictures,answered a few questions and will get back with me. I also asked him would he make a copy of a paper I had, which he did. But No loaner cars,at all. He asks how much my insurance will pay but, I'm pretty sure he already had a ballpark . So I suppose he will be reaching out to me,told him I wanted to check a few other locations. Seems like a nice guy. Thanks Jesse. I'm sure my reviews will shock a few People.and the Places I have been. And commented on.

Jesse and his crew restored my 2022 Chevy Trax. He rapidly found the best and cheapest parts. Accurately priced my car and I felt like I gotten a steal. They got my trax in and out in less than a week. Responded to my calls and texts fast. Jesse even sent me pictures of my car and showed me my truck when I came to visit it. Jesse and his staff were wonderful- they got my car looking brand new again with excellent quality results. I wish I had taken before pictures- this car is 8 years old and spent its whole life being bumped while parked on the streets in Chicago. It looks great again and I couldn’t be happier.
