I had a very positive experience with Flushing Service Center this week. I took my Ford Flex in because I had problems with exhaust noise, difficult steering, and inoperative window washer. They had the Flex for a couple of days. Now everything is working as it should. My vehicle is much quieter and runs smoothly. It was ready on time, and the price came out lower than originally quoted. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and I was treated with courtesy. How could I not be happy? I'll be going back to Flushing Service Center.

REPEAT CUSTOMER HERE! Neal is top notch and really makes my experience the best it can be when speaking hundreds or even thousands of dollars. There shop staff is just as excellent. When I had a more technical question, they wanted to take the time to bring the mechanic which handled the repair and explain what they did and how to help the life of my vehicle and extend the life of parts. Flushing Service Center worked with me on a situation which could have been extremely expensive. Instead of attempting to line their pockets, they did what they could to keep the price down and didn't put me in a situation which truly would have hurt my family, especially in today's economy. It was beyond fair. It is amazing to finally find a business that provides quality work and truly seems to care about their customers. They have earned my trust and loyalty and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you for what you all do! EDIT: Still a repeat customer. I have a 11 year old, single owner truck and the battery finally died. When I called, Neal pulled up my account and was able to recall who I was and my issues with potential seals leaking. They fit me in that day, some of this could have been luck of them have space in their calendar but they have always been there when I needed something. I can not and WILL NOT recommend another shop more. Neal is a shining star for customer service and deserves a huge bonus. His customer service is unmeasurable. When I have had to receive bad news or been told it will need another day for parts. He contacts me and keeps me in the loop. I NEVER wonder what is going on with my vehicle. Thank you to Flushing Service Center Staff, from owners, to the Technicians, and any and all Members behind the scenes. The services I have selected are throughout my returning visits to the business, not all at once.

I recently had my 2019 Enclave worked on at their garage. Neil runs the office tip top and is very knowledgeable and Jason who worked on my car is a fantastic automotive expert. I will absolutely bring my vehicles here for repair in the future, trust and loyalty are everything to me and these guys have certainly proven that they do both. When I was given the estimate for my vehicle's repair prior to it occurring, I didn't question one cent as to whether that's what I needed to purchase or get fixed.
