Be careful of this place. Keep getting monthly charges from them I just found out and I have only been there twice. EDIT: went back today on 3/29/2024 and Harley was able to confirm the issue was fixed!! Big shout out to her for going above and beyond. Giving 5 stars now just for Harley

Dear Thomaston Street Foam Works Team in Macon GA I wanted to share a recent experience I had at your Macon, Georgia location. I had an issue with my account, as it kept saying that my card was declined, when in fact it was not. I was understandably frustrated. However, the young man who assisted me, Terrell, was an absolute gem. He was very patient and kind, despite my frustration. The next day, I returned and had the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea and Chris T. They immediately took me into the office, researched the issue thoroughly, and resolved it right away. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service were outstanding, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thanks to Terrell, Chelsea, and Chris T., I decided to keep both my husband’s and my monthly memberships. You just can't find customer service like this anymore, and these three individuals truly made a difference. Thank you again, Chelsea, Chris T., and Terrell, for being great humans and providing exceptional service. I wish more people demonstrated the same level of care and dedication. Well since y'all have changed management and taken Chris off, the other guy closes early and today I found out the new manager tore up the computer and the whole wash is down Chris has always kept it fixed everything and he stays late if you can't change it back to Chris then I will close our account my mother Linda Flanagan and my name is William mask don't like people that don't want to work and tear the machines up please fix the thomason road Macon Georgia car wash please and please put Chris back in charge it was never any problems when he was running it thank you God bless. I'm not talking about the other Chris the big guy I'm talking about Chris th wears glasses he's working there now the other Chris I don't know as good as I know this one if you can't change it then I guess I'll find somewhere else I don't like people that are not nice to people

This is my car wash that I take both of my cars. I wouldn't have it no other way. I love the car wash and I love how they have a towels out there. Ready for you to Tower dry your car off and clean it out. The vacuum clean the staff is very helpful. Very curious and nice

Wash was decent. The girl working the gate thing and in office was pretty boneheaded. I parked at the front vacuums since they were empty and the main stretch only had a couple of open spots. After getting out and empyting some trash, I realized the vacuums were not on. I go to the office and ask if they can turn them on she says I have to move my truck and come to the other ones. By this time, they got more business..... so after moving my truck and wasting my time, less than two minutes later she's cut the ones on up front so another lady can use them. That girl needs training on personality and professionalism.

I have been a member here since they have opened. I love the fact that they are always trying to improve our experience. Today ALL the workers were professional, Despite being in the heat, they were all through. To my surprise, Chase came and helped me dry off and vacuum my car. I really appreciated that. Came in for just a basic wash and it did a great job and the vacuums and cleaning supplies were an excellent addition as well definitely worth every bit of the $12 i spent my car now looks lovely and clean again inside and out will definitely be coming back and 100% recommend people come here

Careful of this place. Went there for one car wash and I was signed up for monthly membership that I never authorized. Called to complain and ask for money back, they were extremely rude and said no refunds. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Beware of this scam!

I’ve been a member here for well over a year, and I love the convenience of it! I had to come leave a special review today for the gentleman working 5/18/2025 @6:00pm. This man was WORKING!! 👏🏼👏🏼 He put that elbow grease in his work 🫶🏼👏🏼, and even drew little smiley faces on the windows for my kids! Oh, and I LOVE the new vacuum holders! 🙌🏼 Hard work is hard to find these days. This man deserves a promotion and/or raise! 😘

When I first started coming here over six months ago, it was really good. They cared about the Customer service and everything even gave me a discount due to the wash not been accurate the way they should’ve been which I really appreciate but the past 7 times I’ve gone I’ve had to go and rewash my Jeep. The service is not as good. They actually scratched my jeep when they were washing it off which Ive already went and had fixed because I’m just not gonna mess with them. The manager acted like he could care less. He was a younger guy with glasses. Try to treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. What package the general Manager had given to me and everything else. So after numerous attempts and tries and how many chances I’ve given, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription and I’ll be going somewhere else. It’s sad because they do have some employees that are actually good and care, but the other part of it has just gone downhill and I just don’t see wasting money every month to wash my jeep just to have to go and spend more money to wash it somewhere else because it’s not properly cleaned. I e left messages and tried emailing with no one Reaching back out. So this is why I e made this decision.

I went to this car wash Nov. 2025, I was in town for a funeral and needed a wash. I stopped at foamworks and paid for a 17$ wash. A month later my card was charged 29.97 for foamworks. While I’m almost 300 miles from this place I was shocked so I called my bank immediately. Apparently they saved my card information and signed me up for a wash club which I never authorized. Why would I join a wash club miles away from home. Don’t just save people’s information and use it like it’s yours. If the people standing at the entrance are doing this then they need to be handled accordingly because what are they even there for? Customers know how to choose a wash and swipe a card or insert cash on their own. Anyway yall pissed me off with this one so I will NEVER use this wash again when I’m in town.
