The prices that are listed outside don’t match the prices at the register. A $23 wash + a $25 interior wipe down (which was listed on the board as being $20) brought my total to $48. I’ll have to call my detail guy for a 3 stage wash and wax + paint correction as their brush brooms (effective but abrasive) created more swirl marks than I expected. They appeared to use 3-4 towels when hand drying. Interior was well cleaned. Two plus’ there. I like to have my cars professionally cleaned, but I was in a pinch for time and I couldn’t have my Porsche waxed because the paint was still curing from a paint job that took place 70 days prior. You get what you pay for, spend the extra $50 on a mobile detailer or find a detail shop that does a good job.

I paid for a hand wash, but the service was rushed and not what I was promised. When I brought it up, Jose was extremely disrespectful and refused to issue a refund. I tried to handle it calmly and even asked to speak to a manager, but instead of helping, he told me it’s a corporation and that I wasn’t allowed to come back. He even threatened to kick me out if I did. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I came in expecting a quality wash and respectful service — I got neither. I won’t be returning, and I hope others think twice before giving this place their business.

Worst car wash ever. Yesterday we were so surprised since they already called us that our car is done just after 35min and when we checked they didn’t vacuum it well, they still need to redo it. Both of the tires they were able to put a tireblack but they said they we apply again for the other 2 but I resufed since we ready to go. They didn’t clean and vacuum the matts, still full of dirt and dust. Very bad experience. That would be our first and last in this car wash.

The only reason I’m even giving one star is because the cashier and manager was nice. However the car wash team did an absolute horrible job considering I paid $145. Then when I tell them to clean the rims better, not only do they say no, but the worker wearing the yellow and black Jordan’s got an attitude and started talkin ish. Luckily the kind manager got involved otherwise workplace violence was due to ensue! Unless you’re looking for disappointment, drama and possibly a fight, do NOT come here!! This happened Aug-22-2025 afternoon time! you guys need to seriously coach the worker wearing yellow and black Jordan’s!! His mouth is a serious liability!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Foothill Car Wash—twice in one week. On my first visit on June 06/16, I requested a full interior and exterior detail. I was very clear with the attendant, but they only signed me up for an interior detail. I had to catch the mistake myself and escalate the issue to a manager, which delayed the service. Thankfully, the manager corrected it, but the mix-up shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The next day , I returned with a second vehicle for the same service. I left my phone number and was told I’d receive a call when the car was ready. That call never came. The vehicle ended up staying at the wash overnight. When I came back the following morning and showed my Verizon call log for 06/17 —proving I received no calls—the front desk lady attendant was rude and insisted she had called me multiple times, which simply wasn’t true. I even had to demonstrate that my phone was working perfectly when they tried to call me on the spot. The manager, Jose, also maintained they called, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Rather than taking accountability, the staff doubled down and denied the facts. There are too many other car wash options out there to tolerate this kind of poor service and dishonesty. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others take their business elsewhere.

I took my daughters car here today to get it washed as a nice gesture after just having her windows tinted. I asked the guy who writes up the tickets if it would be a problem to make sure they don’t clean the inside of the windows because I just got them tinted. He said “no problem, I got you!” I started to walk away and the same guy opens the door and writes with a wax bar “Do not clean inside window!” On the inside of the newly tinted windows! 🤦🏻♂️ Are you kidding me? I’ve been coming here for years. With 4 cars in our family and water rationing rules where I live , we always come here and let them do it. Most of the time they do a good job but today was very unfortunate. I am so disappointed. I left a note for the owner to give me a call because the cashier said she can’t give me his cell number 🤷🏻♂️

No complaints as I am happy with the outcomes. They don’t over spray to much tire conditioner to where it splashes all over my car as I drive away. Just enough to look good. I’m pretty much in and out unlike other car wash locations where I can wait over an hour. I also like the first responder and military discount. Although just a few dollars, that’s money to be added to the tip. Most car wash locations offer no discount unless there is a major issue, something I want to avoid. I have a black truck and the paint can easily swirl if not washed right. These guys take the time to wash it down well before starting the wash process which helps eliminate the harmful dirt. Lastly, customer service has been great, greeted by all the staff even if hot weather which says a lot about the employees appreciation for the business. They have a good outside waiting area, shaded by a canopy. They also have a good snack area with plenty of good refreshments for those hot days. I look forward to the continued business with Foothill Car Wash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is what the Diamond wash will get you - I paid $47 plus a $5 tip. Went back down there to show the poor job to the manager and he offered absolutely NOTHING when he looked at the horrible job done and when we asked for a refund. What kind of customer service is that? What kind of manager chooses to escalate the situation when receiving feedback from an unsatisfied customer? Truly an awful way to run a business. Since this place doesn't seem to care about poor reviews verbally and online, it will only be a matter of time before they do themselves in. Save your money and stay away.

For the most part this place does a very decent job. The cashier Martha has always been very warm and welcoming. I have noticed on more than one occasion the other cashier had arrived late and this creates a back up of customers whom are trying to pay.

I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint me! My car always looks amazing after the service, even my friends and family always compliment my car after I get it done! Their customer service is great but Alex makes the whole experience wonderful!! I’m a pretty shy person but Alex made the whole experience so awesome! I've been going to this carwash for years. They always do a great job and if there's a problem they always fix it and try their best to make it better. Also, the receptionists are always friendly and smiling. I'm in and out in 20 minutes. Get the monthly plan...three carwashes will pay for itself.

Paid $90 for “managers special” they did a terrible job feels like a $20 job at most. As soon as I saw car I knew I would need wipes to clean what they didn’t do. Left car full of dirty spots, soap leaked into the trunk and they left it, tires were not cleaned at all had to wipe them down myself, didn’t bother vacuuming under car seats They lack attention to detail; only reason I tried this place was cos I’m looking for a local spot but guess I’ll keep shopping til I find one.

I came here last month after I needed a long overdue carwash. They did an amazing job handwashing, waxing and detailing my vehicle. My vehicle looks like it came off the showroom floor. I would highly recommend them, they take great care of the vehicles that they service.
