This is a shout out to “Chuy”, aside from the awesomeness of the Advance Auto Parts program my situation needed special parts attention. Chuy took the extra amount of time to not only find what I need in the Advance system but offered yet more options in the “just in case” scenario. What would have been a 7day vehicle stay next door at Pep Boys turned into 2.5 days, if I could give a more stars I would, he deserves 13 and a promotion or raise. From here on out this specific location in now “My location” no matter where I am, if I have to go out the way, I will! Thanks you Advance for having an awesome program but most of all an AWESOME staff.

Called to asked about an online order I had placed and the person that answered stated that they had not received the order that if I was sure I stated yes I am looking at the email confirmation and I dialed the number for the store that is in the email I have her the address of the store in the order she ended up putting Jose who was extremely rude started to raise his voice at me I asked to speak with a manager and he stated he was the manager there this is the very first time purchasing anything from this store and it will be the last with people who treat that way I needed the purchase I made as an emergency that is why I called because it had been 2hrs with no confirmation he stated he redirected the order to another store because they didn’t have the item in stock I told him why was I never notified I have been waiting for two hours that is when he started to raise his voice ended up purchasing the item from the chino location and the guy on the phone helping me actually had customer services manners

Brought my car in to get my battery checked. Carlos was helpful, friendly and efficient. The other person on staff was friendly and helpful as well. This place is amazing! Samantha and Dominic helped me to replace my wind shield wipers for my Lexus , efficiently and with care. Dominic saw me waiting in line at Pepboys next door, & offered to help me with my wipers. They took their time to find the best option for me. Amazing customer service, and very nice store. Ill be coming back to this location. Thanks Samantha and Dominic you guys are the best.

Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knows the right specific wiper blades replacement for my mazda3. He also gave me a veterans discount which made me a very happy customer. He also got the wiper blades installed and offered a warranty for it . Carlos knows about customer satisfaction. In a scale of 1 to 5 stars, i give him 10 for outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent customer service.
