The quality of work was excellent. My concern with this place is- after I dropped the vehicle off, it was difficult to contact someone regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks. It was only after I requested that I speak with the manager that I was told the shop was waiting on a part ( which is not the shop's fault for the timing of the repair. I wished it was communicated to me). I just wished someone would have told me. The quality of work deserves 5 stars. Customer service was a 3 4 stars.

I am in the process of initiating legal action regarding damage caused to my vehicle by Ford of Murfreesboro. I brought my 2018 Ford Escape to Ford of Murfreesboro for a crankshaft relearn procedure. Prior to this visit, I had taken the vehicle to two automotive repair facilities, one of which was Firestone Complete Auto Care, both of which performed full engine diagnostics, including compression testing. All cylinders returned normal and consistent compression readings, confirming the engine was operating properly before the vehicle was delivered to Ford of Murfreesboro. During or immediately following the crankshaft relearn attempt, Ford of Murfreesboro advised me that the engine had seized while in their possession and demanded payment for engine replacement or repair. This was the first indication of any engine failure. After being informed of the engine seizure, I contacted Ford of Murfreesboro and spoke with a receptionist who reviewed the internal service notes and stated that the vehicle was running and operational when it arrived at the dealership. When I later requested copies of these notes, dealership personnel altered the service documentation. The manager later admitted that the notes were modified after my request, claiming the changes were made to add information the technician had not initially documented. All phone conversations and the in person conversations related to this matter were recorded. I made multiple attempts to contact the General Manager of Ford of Murfreesboro to resolve the issue amicably. Instead of responding directly, the General Manager repeatedly had the same manager—who admitted to altering the service records—contact me. No good-faith effort was made to resolve the matter. This is the 2nd time they have done this the first time I took the car from them after them saying it was seized and got a tune up and that was all it needed.

This was one of my best experiences dealing with Ford. I still feel the amount of effect you spend trying fo sell your cars need to be spent making sure your part are in and people should have to wait a years to replace a national recall part. The assistant was great.

I’m changing my previous rating of Ford of Murfreesboro. Ford of Murfreesboro is an outstanding organization with great and caring people. I always get service done there and the care I receive is always stellar, 5 stars always. I’m changing the previous 1 star to 5 as I really wanted to speak to my direct interaction’s with the service folks there, which has always been 5 stars. I’ve decided that my previous issue is best left at direct communication with Ford of Murfreesboro rather than using this forum to bring it up. Great job Ford of Murfreesboro, and to Tanner Meno whom I worked with last in getting my car serviced and tires replaced, thank you for taking care of me and my car.

Jacked up price to $129 for an oil change even though I received a coupon stating it was $89,99 only 2 weeks ago. Was rude when I questioned the price and said my car required 6 qurt of oil versus what they always have done at 5 qrts! For the past 10 yrs!! always. A qut of oil is $3.75!! The service guy was condescending and rude! His name was Randy Tant. I will never go back to this dealership again for any services. I had previously bought 3 cars from them under the old ownership but now they have lost our business for good. I left feeling cheated and lied to!! Also they own the dealership in Franklin so won't be going there either!! Good riddance!!

Pretty disappointed in my experience so far with the service center. After buying a brand new truck from Ford of Murfreesboro a few month ago, I came in to do my first maintenance at 8am on Saturday. I scheduled through the ford app and got a confirmation with an assigned service advisor Jorge Cervantes. When I arrived the assistant told me "bad news", that bc i had scheduled through the app I had been defaulted to their lesser service center Quick Lane. He said if I wanted a regular dealership service tech I would have to go to the back of the line and wait even though I had an appointment. After spending a lot of $ on a new truck and the maintenance package. Getting pawned off on the Quick Lane (2nd tier) is not a good look for a first visit. Ill be looking elsewhere for service and I suggest anyone considering using this service center to think twice before buying a maintenance package at the dealership.
