They told me on the phone that oil change takes about 1.5 hrs. When I got there, they told me that oil change takes about 2 hrs. Waited for almost 2 hrs, but my car was still waiting outside, and there were 3 other cars also waiting in front of me. I told them that I didn't have all day, so I left. I am always thinking about trade in my Nissan Titan for Ford F150. But not anymore because Nissan provides much better services than Ford. I'll trade my old Titan for a brand new one this year.

My Escape stalled in Waco on my way back to Houston from Dallas. My family was with me so I rented a car a drove them home. The next day I called my insurance company and had my Escape towed to this dealership. I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman at this place to coordinate the car’s arrival, and gave him details on the problems I’ve had with the vehicle. I received a text from their automated system a few days later showing over $12,000 in repairs suggested . I’ve called several times and left several voicemails and messages with his colleagues and still nothing. I will pay these fine folks a visit when time permits since my car is still there. The lack of professionalism is appalling. My family will drive Honda or Toyota from here on.

We are so pleased with the service from Jessica and Ceagan (sp?) in the service department. We were traveling through Waco on our way to MN when we smelled burning rubber and saw smoke. My 2023 F250 was having issues with rattles in the headliner and a faulty high mount backup camera! I had to take it back multiple times not due to the dealer but the mechanical parts provided from Ford. Very frustrating but the diligence and positive attitude that John (Service Manager) and Robert (Service consultant) had really helped. It is frustrating when a vehicle that you need every day is down for repairs but BK Ford’s service team stayed on top of it and had great communication as well! Excellent work and customer Service!

Short story: We were forced to pay $550 for two pieces of plastic that required about 5 minutes of install time and the problem still persists. Long story: Brought in an Expedition because the blind spot sensors and cross traffic alerts were not functioning properly. We were initially told that these systems are very complex and it was probably some sort of computer or software issue. It was implied that an in depth, complicated diagnostic process was needed. After the so-called in depth diagnostic process (at the cost of over $200), we were told the issue was merely mud and dirt on the backside of the sensors in the rear bumper. We were told that to properly clean the sensors it was necessary to remove the bumper. And that the installation of new mud shields on the bumper would prevent the issue from occurring again. It is obvious the bumper was never removed and proper cleaning was not done. There is still mud and dirt on the backside of the sensors. And, of course, the sensors still do not work. The service manager refuses to refund our money even after I offered to return the two pieces of plastic. And I refuse to allow myself to be cheated again by bringing our car back to this service department.

Great experience today with BK Ford. My vehicle was picked up at my job for maintenance. Then dropped off right before I got off work. This was the best accommodation for someone who is a mom to a toddler. Richard was great! And my service advisor Alex is the BEST! Don’t hesitate Waco, go call and get in with Alex. And if your like me and don’t have the time to go sit and wait, call and have Richard pick up and drop off your vehicle after service.
