We are so pleased with the service from Jessica and Ceagan (sp?) in the service department. We were traveling through Waco on our way to MN when we smelled burning rubber and saw smoke. They got us in quickly to diagnosis the issue which thankfully was minor and got us back on the road on a Friday afternoon. Very friendly and helpful!

My Escape stalled in Waco on my way back to Houston from Dallas. My family was with me so I rented a car a drove them home. The next day I called my insurance company and had my Escape towed to this dealership.
I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman at this place to coordinate the car’s arrival, and gave him details on the problems I’ve had with the vehicle. I received a text from their automated system a few days later showing over $12,000 in repairs suggested .
I’ve called several times and left several voicemails and messages with his colleagues and still nothing. I will pay these fine folks a visit when time permits since my car is still there.
The lack of professionalism is appalling. My family will drive Honda or Toyota from here on.
