Friendly staff, good work performed. One of the cheaper auto detail places I found. Don't believe there are walk-ins for detailing, you'll need to schedule an appointment. Also has a car wash attached. Small lobby for waiting included on the premises and next to a 7-11 if you want to walk over and get a drink.

My car didnt look this good when I drove it off the lot back in 2013 from the honda dealerships new. I've had my civic for 5 years now and theres been at least one dog in the car every single day. As you can probably imagine, it had dog hair everywhere, paw prints noise prints, and dog smell. Not only that but my car unfortunately sits under an oak tree that dripped sap on my car during the day and night. Not only did Forest Grove Auto Detail have the best price but the people are very nice and very easy to work with. They did an amazing job on my car. It no longer smells like dog ... YAY.... the car is spotless. I would highly recommend this place. I will for sure be getting my cars detailed here and here only from now on. Five stars!

We purchased the Express detail with an additional wax. All in all came out to $150. Unfortunately we picked up the car and there was still dust on the roof and windshield which was super obvious at first glance. The inside work was okay. Was our first time and we'll probably drive a little further to a previous place we used to go that was similar price and did much better work. Too bad.

The people were very nice. They were relatively quick with the wash but sadly I was in such a rush to avoid the heat that I didn’t notice they didn’t finish drying my car complexly and there were still placed that they didn’t remove dirt, on the hood of all places. This is my first time here and reading through other responses it doesn’t seem like this is the norm but I wouldn’t give it more than an average rating.

Had a full interior detail done. Carpet and leather looks brand new...and this is after 2-3yrs worth of dirt and grime buildup from a toddler. They were able to get me in on short notice and I was very happy the service. I will definitely be going back here in the spring for the exterior!

The best car detailing shop in the area! My truck was filthy from years of neglect (it's a truck!). There was moss growing in the bed, grass growing on the running boards, and fast food ground into the floor mats. When they were done it looked like it belonged on a showroom floor, all sparkling, shiny, and the leather seats soft like new. I highly recommend this place for auto detailing.

Update: After my last visit of trying to get a basic exterior wash, I had decided that my patronage was unwanted. And I decided not to go back. But 2 years later and still the same level of service or lack there of. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. Went back yesterday 3/31/2022 at 4:00 PM and could not get service due to personell being sent home early. So I decided to return today at around 10:15 AM. Was told they still could not accommodate me. And by now the excuses have me tone deaf. The same older gentleman who I assume is the owner/manager asked me to come back and when I told him that I would not be coming back his attitude became rude and dismissive. Especially when I asked about exiting the property. He started walking off while I was asking for an exit from the place. I had to ask him twice and louder to make sure he heard me. I used to go here regularly to have my previous mustang handwashed and I always tipped well. The problem was not the hard working techs rather the poor management of the business. I would give a full 5 star rating just from my previous visits, but this last visit only rated 3 stars at best. The business hours state they close at 5pm. My wife and I arrived at 4:25pm. One car is being washed and the older gentleman comes to our car and never asked what service we wanted. He straight away tells us he will not be able to get us taken care of because they close in 20 minutes. In reality they still had 30+ minutes until closing time. Most businesses shut the doors at closing time not 30 minutes before.

I just returned from having them hand wash my truck. I took it in very dingy as I can't take it through a regular car wash with the soft canopy. The truck looks better than it has in years!! Thank you!! The only complaint I have is that the door jambs didn't get washed. Maybe that's only done as part of an interior wash...? I haven't had a lot of hand washings done so I can't speak intelligently to that. Either way, I will definitely be taking my business to these folks again! I'll just have to remind myself to ask for the door jambs to be washed. :)

Amazing service. Brought my car in for an interior detail because my dog peed everywhere and made my car smell like rotten asparagus. David had me in the next day and had the car ready 24 hours later. Pretty damn close to brand new. Not a hint of pee. He also gave me a complimentary exterior hand wash so the car was sparkly clean. Will definitely be bringing my car back here.

My truck had grass growing in the bed, food and dirt caked on the carpet, and deep dust on the dashboard. Dave and his crew not only restored my truck to like new condition but did it quickly and at a reasonable price. I can't recommend these guys enough. They will do a light cleaning or a deep cleanse, whatever you choose. I highly recommend their services.

The people were nice, and I got a deep clean special they were running for $260, which is a good deal I think. I would've scored higher but they missed some pretty conspicuous spots between the seats. There was a mildew smell in the carpet and they got that out so I'm grateful for that. They are solid, just missed a couple things. Overall happy.

I had an outstanding experience with Forest Grove Auto Detail. I brought my car in to have a decal removed, and from the start, David was incredibly prompt in his communication. David was not only kind but also very professional. He removed the decal flawlessly, leaving no trace behind—my car looks brand new! To top it off, he did it free of charge. It was my first time here this past week and had a fantastic experience. Of course, they did a great job with my 20-year old car making the paint look brand new – but I'm most impressed by the owner, David. David takes pride in his work and it's rare to find a business owner with the integrity David has. His focus isn't just on making your vehicle look amazing, but making sure YOU'RE happy as a customer. And he'll work hard until your expectations are exceeded. As a car guy, I'm extremely OCD about the vehicles I drive, and David didn't finish with my car until I was happy. That's the type of business owner he is. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning to Forest Grove Auto Detail.

They've barely started on Eddie & I'm already totally satisfied with the service. Everyone is super friendly & very forgiving of my bumbling thru questions I'm sure they've answered a billion times (yes they take credit/debit & yes they can sort out making sure you can tip properly when you forget to bring cash). full service on my explorer sport is $35. that's exterior hand wash & dry, full interior wipe down & vacuum (with an extra scrub on the passenger side due to a Starbucks incident that was TOTALLY not my fault). My boy is a sparkling gem after his bath & buff at FGAD! A huge thank you to the crew for making Eddie pretty again!!

If you have a new car, I absolutely recommend taking it to FG Auto Detail to have their protective coating applied. It's better than ceramic coating and the pricing is very competitive. David takes great pride and care in applying it correctly so that it bonds properly. Gorgeous finish!!!
