Repaired my tire and replaced my brakes and everything along with that, I had an appointment after and they were very quick and efficient, only reason it wasnt perfect is I was told checking out only 1 of my tires was flat and needed repair but my invoice marks 2 flat repairs so I was double charged. They also didnt put my spare tire back in it's hub, just threw it into my trunk.

I went to Les Schwab out confidence to their history. Took my car in for a tire with and air leak. They said they fixed it and by the way the bushings on your front control arms are weathered and cracked and we recommend replacement of the control arms. I said, thanks, I'll have the dealer check it out. "Oh but the dealer is going to charge you much more and we have technique to remove and replace in a much shorter time and expense then they can." Ok, keep in mind my car is from 2016 and garage kept, not exposed to sun and heat. Only has 76,000 miles I went back some time later with my second vehicle to get a battery replaced. I just happened to overhear the same scenario quoted to another client of theirs. I thought, huh, coincidence? Today I had to go back because the same exact tire "coincidentally a leak in it again. Wonder if it ever was fixed to start. Think I'll try Discount Tire next time

a one star. yikes. careless and ignorant staff are not considerate of people’s possessions. i hit something on my way home from work in the wee hours of the morning and completely destroyed my front passenger tire. after getting the disgusting spare tire on that was mounted under the car, i used a roll of shrink wrap to package the busted tire and wheel for transport so i would avoid staining the seats and the mountain of my possessions packed into my van (i’m moving). i just got a new set of tires from les schwab so i was very happy to have the warranty cover costs for my tire. the tire was covered. what you are seeing in the pictures is the way les schwab returned my vehicle to me and the care that they took to make sure my vehicle and possessions were not damaged by negligence or lack of consideration. i brought my tire wrapped in plastic. they tossed the dirty greasy spare tire in my trunk (it’s supposed to be mounted under the car) right on top of my clothes and, ironically, the plastic wrap i used for my damaged tire. my clothes are stained. my carpet is stained. and i have to do my best to salvage what i can and mount the spare back where any competent tire repair person would have done it instead of throwing it on top of my clothes. i’m fuming mad about it and i have to think about what i can possibly do to get it fixed.

Let me just say up until this point I have had excellent customer service experience from Les Schwab in Salem, McMinvile, Newberg, Tigard and several other locations in Oregon. I called Tuesday July 11 and got a quote. I was told it would take two hours. I said that seems like that is not enough time because I know some locations get busy. I was told it says two hours they should be able to get it out in two hours. I stated again I can give you more time because I want to schedule other appointments after this. I was told it says two hours so i'm going to put down two hours. I made my appointment for Wednesday July 12 at 12 noon. I arrived at the store at 11:45 so I was a little early. waited in the waiting area. At 2 pm my car was till on the lift. I asked for a time update. Steve went to the service are to get a time update. He came back and said " it's going to be 20 to 30 minutes. We are waiting for the alignment machine to become available so we can do the alignment." At this point I realize I am going to have to reschedule at least two of the my other appointments so I was upset I did raise my voice. I did not use profanity but I did raise my voice. I asked " so the two hours I was quoted was wrong?" Steve then asked "when did you bring it in?" I said 11:45, I had an appointment for 12 noon so I got here a little early. I've already been hear more than 2 hours and now you are telling me it's going to take 2 1/2 hours. Why quote a time at all? I was told to make an appointment and it would be finished in the time allotted." Steve replied "Oh we don't guarantee times that's just a best guess, we have too many come backs and re-dos to guarantee times." I was a little shocked that an employee just told me that the shop had "too many come backs and re-dos to guarantee times." I could only conclude that this shop has some quality issues and as I stated that admission made me pause for a couple of seconds and before I could finish my sentence. I was saying "I wish I knew this before I came to this location." Steve walked away from me in mid sentence to sit down and when I said " Thanks for walking away while I was talking." Steve then got out of his chair and started to the counter again and said "I thought you were through talking." At that point I said" No don't worry about it, I'm sure you have other things to ignore." and then I returned to the waiting area. After another 20 minutes I was called to the front counter. I expected to be told there was some other reason that the repair was going to take longer like a "re-do", so I went to the front counter. I was still upset so I said " now what's the delay?" Steve told me it was complete and gave me the total. I returned to the waiting area to get my wallet out of my wife's purse and when I cam back Steve told me "this is our manager Scott he will finish taking care of you since we can not seem to work together." When I asked Scott why someone did not ask me before setting my coolers that were in the back seat in the service bay floor he stated "we are running a business here if we took time to explain everything we did to customers we would never get anything done." I was a little surprised to get that answer. I thought Les Schwab was about customer service. If the technician had simply asked me "we need to access the rear seat. What do you want us to do with your items in the back seat?" I could have put them in the trunk or even set them on the side walk and would not have had to scrub grease off of the side of my coolers. After having to reschedule some of my appointments I was very busy the rest of the day and did not get to check the back seat until after 6 PM when this location closes. When I went to put groceries in the back seat around 7:30 PM I found dirty greasy hand prints on both sides of the rear seat. I would not recommend this location under any circumstance. Especially when their current Ad campaign is "Where doing the right thing matters". Not like this! I would give zero stars if possible! Edit - They did clean grease off of the seats.

This is a great location, I had them check my alignment and I didn’t actually end up needing one, they were honest about it and didn’t even change me to hook it up to the machine to check it. I definitely recommend using this particular location if you’re going to get an alignment done, they were honest alignment technician did a great job! His name was also Eli strangely enough. 🤔

You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong. I came to Les Schwab because my tire had a slow leak. They checked me in and then I waited and waited for a long time. They really long time. Finally, I spoke to Ashlyn . she was fantastic. She saw that somehow my paperwork got put to the bottom of the pile apologize profusely, and expedited the tire repair the manager Brenden made it a point to apologize for losing the paperwork. They couldn’t have been nicer end of the day I wouldn’t go anywhere else Les Schwab and particularly this. Les Schwab is the best place to get tires or to get service and I include the fact that there is no charge for the tire repair what superstars!

I purchased a new tire from this store a few months ago. My “Low Tire Pressure” light came on and I brought it in to check it out. I asked how much this was going to cost. The reply? “Zero dollars”. “I’m sorry, what?” “Zero dollars”. Apparently, when you purchase a tire here it comes with a lifelong supply of lots of goodies like FREE tire rotation, FREE balancing, and FREE air pressure checks. It’s also super-clean and they have free coffee and popcorn while you wait! What an awesome place!

My wife called me and said she had a flat tire at Trader Joe’s. I called Les Schwab and talked to Dustin the manager. He had someone in the service truck asap to get her aired up and back to the shop. Turns out she had 3 nails in the tire ! They got it fixed and checked the air in the others for no charge ! I went in thinking I wont get the best deal, but I travel a lot for work and I will be able to have any issue dealt with anywhere. There were intermittent lights on the dash Traction control. ABS and Break light on. I had the front pads/rotors replaced. When they brought out the quote I mentioned the lights on the dash and they said it might just be the low break fluid. This was a lie, they had already scanned, according to the paperwork and their statements and saw it was a solenoid issue. They had just wanted the business. When I left a negative review on the their feedback form and asked for a call back, I got an email that was a form apology. I could have taken it somewhere else where I could have gotten the breaks done, and the solenoid looked at and possibly saved time and money. They were more interested in getting the sale than the service. I mentioned in my response to the managers email that for a financial transaction that really an apology without any change or financial compensation is just meaningless. I got got no reply, because they just clearly wanted me to go away. I will go somewhere else for my tires and breaks in the future, well I usually go to Costco for Tires, anyway. They are awesome. I just wish they did breaks & everything else.

The experience was great overall and despite them making a small error- they called me to let me know about the error, fixed it for free and added an additional service for free. They went above and beyond to make the mistake right and I ended very satisfied and appreciative of their honesty and well rounded service.
