Brought my car in for an oil change and 30,000 mile service. This was not a quick job however Brandon set my expectations from the beginning and they actually completed it a little early! The paperwork they showed at the end provided a ton of information. Brandon was super helpful and answered all of my questions about the work done which I had multiple due to the great detail they had on the documentation. I am definitely planning on coming back here the next time I need service or an oil change on my car. Super friendly and great service!

Little to Zero communication after dropping my vehicle off. It has now been a month & counting & im still waiting for a proper response on when I will get my car back! Truly unprofessional when I’M the one who has to call (once every 2 weeks since the beginning of January) to get an update on my car. It has been really inconvenient & once all said & done i will NEVER give them my business again!!

If you come here for service, don’t expect any communication from the service department. Talking to them is like pulling teeth, as if it is company policy to be as unhelpful as possible. I have no idea what’s being done for my car or what the possible timeframe is. I brought my car in for lock and ignition repairs from being broken into. The service department took 5 days to even INSPECT my car. Once the inspection occurred, i was told the parts were present in the shop and we didn’t have to wait to order them. Great! I was to be sent a text to be notified of the cost and prompted for service approval. That never happened. It took 2 days before I had to call the service center who hastily sent me the proper approval link the moment we spoke. It then took 10 more days after my approval for them to actually start the repairs. There was no outreach or communication from Hyundai this whole time. There is no semblance of organization or communication between ANY of the employees in the service department. It’s a pathetic excuse for anything remotely resembling how a business should operate.

They didn't have their systems working to do the recalls on my car. They messaged me a reminder the day before but never called me to tell me they couldn't do the updates. I had to show up waist a day of work for them to tell me they couldn't do the service and couldn't reschedule me at the moment. That I had to call every day to see if they could schedule me.

Do not go here unless you can be without a vehicle for a month with little to no communication. I dropped my car off for an “appointment” with the understanding that they would complete the diagnostic within a week. It seemed odd that they would run an appointment system and still have week-long waits for diagnostics, but I understand the mechanic shortage. After being without a vehicle for three weeks without my car even being looked at, I finally decided to book an appointment at another dealership. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed one of the mechanics just hanging out with one of the other workers even though the business claimed they were “slammed” and couldn’t help that my car had been delayed by two weeks. They insisted “oh we were actually just about to bring your car around!” Three weeks of inconvenience for nothing. Go elsewhere.

I have been coming here since I got my car , and I have the worst time and experience. I came in a few months ago for an oil change and mentioned that my check engine light was on and that it would go off and go back on they said they’d check it out and let me know what was going but when I went to pick up my car they didn’t tell me anything about it and told me I had to leave my car for a week to run a diagnostic well I took my car to another place today and they found exactly what was wrong without having to keep my car for a week. You guys almost costed me my whole car by not catching the problem .You guys have horrible customer service and you don’t communicate with your customers .

Communication is not a strong suit at all. Sat waiting over 3 hours for my car only to find out it was done 2.5 hours earlier. The 'Track Status's never updated and the advisor I worked with walked by me 5 times and didn't say anything. Finally had to go get a status update myself. I was offered 10% off next time but I won't need it.

Stay away this place is an absolute rip off. Quoted me $900 to install a trailer hitch just labor. If you watch several YouTube videos, it took 30 to 45 minutes to install it real time. I watched everything. There are four different videos out to do the exact same thing all less than 45 minutes of labor start to finish. I can understand an hour and a half because you have some time to write up and things like that but $900 is absolutely absurd, and that didn’t even include the part which if you wanted a price for that you had to go to a different department and get the price for that which is also well over what you can buy online. The entire thing from U-Haul will run you less than $600 to install it granted it’s not the same thing but it’s also way less than half the price top it all off if you call around the other dealers, the lowest labor is 476 and the lowest part cost is 626. Be smart no matter what service you’re doing to your Hyundai. You are far better off, calling around dealers and picking the best price or at least the best personnel stay away from here unless you enjoy paying ridiculous amounts of money with no added value.

Communication issues as others noted Also they try to overcharge for things I shouldn’t have to pay under warranty and dance around and adjust when you don’t cave in .:: it took them an hour and a half to bring me a correct invoice ! Not sure if that’s a poor training or a “ really good” training

Worst service center. They messed up my truck. I ran my truck with no oil in it because of a mistake their people made when I took it on to get it serviced. Now my truck that I bought new isn’t running like it’s suppose to. I also had to replace a blown tire because they over filled my tires. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting lawyers. The service manager is the worst and tries to make you feel small like you don’t know what you’re talking about. She should not be in charge of anything.

STAY AWAY. The customer service at this center is absolutely unacceptable. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process — it took several days just to get a simple update. They quoted me $145 for a $26 part and even tried to sell me additional parts they weren’t sure I actually needed. It felt like a complete scam. When I decided to purchase the part myself and bring it in, they later claimed they didn’t know where it was and couldn’t locate it. The entire experience was disorganized and frustrating. If you need service for your car, do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to Schomp Hyundai — I received excellent service there. I can’t emphasize this enough: avoid Mountain Hyundai unless you’re prepared to haggle and constantly chase them down for basic communication. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service center.

Routine maintenance, battery service, and a window motor replacement took two weeks. I mainly brought it in because it wouldn't start and AAA said the battery was done for and needed replacement. Car is 2 years old. Never received any promised call backs by Omar. Was told after a week that my tech went on vacation and didn't pass the work off to anyone so my car had just been sitting there for days. Finally got my car back and they said they didn't replace the battery and they just charged it. Car won't start again just a few days later. They're not answering any of my phone calls or responding to text messages over 3 days of trying to get in contact with them. Heading to buy a new battery and replace myself for something that should have been covered under warranty. This is by far the worst service I've ever received from any company. Omar should be fired.
