This team came together to craft a satisfying solution for grounding my lease early and setting me on my way in a sky blue SEL! Thank you to Cisco my patient salesman heading up the team who worked way past closing time — and delivered a fair price. I appreciated how the kept their sense of humor and courtesy during a tedious process. The music on the loudspeakers was just my vibe & relaxing as the evening wore on. The dealership is tidy, clean and very well air-conditioned. I was treated with respect, fairness, patience, and generosity. Buyers: Your job is to perform your duty to conduct your research. Know the market and understand what to value and where it’s reasonable to ask for more. That’s the way to do good business. Invest in preparation. ChatGPT is your level-headed friend in the car business. To my great delight, the 2025 model vs. the 2024 edition reflects wise design decisions. I thought the Ioniq5 was killer already - I’m so looking forward to seeing out the next few years. After a long, long search, old car with cracked windshield - goodbye yay!

Holy moly!! Hands down best experience purchasing a vehicle EVER!! Owen is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and fun. No pressure sales made the sale. We chatted with Owen even after we left and were with other sales people. He just didn’t push but provided knowledge and grace while we were looking and deciding. Had to have some back-and-forths regarding the clarity on financing and the purchase price but otherwise a very straightforward experience and the folks I dealt with were very professional. Andrew was a fantastic sales rep and is nothing short of a hospitalian. I got a fair price and am currently satisfied with my new car! Update: Turns out my car requires an emissions that was never done (which they are required to provide documentation for and/or pay for) and after three separate times calling them about getting a voucher or a check to do it, and then getting blown off each time, my temporaries are expired and I need to eat the cost and get this registration done. This is actually lousy on their part; it would have taken you five minutes to respond to this and I kept getting kicked over to a voicemail. Do better.

I bought a used car (not hyundai) from them. When looking at it I noticed the back liftgate was not working right. They gave me a we owe agreement for 30 days to fix the liftgate. It seemed like it needed new struts and they said they'd have the service department order them and let me know once they show up. After a week and a half I called to see when I could get scheduled to get it fixed. The service department said they have to diagnose it first but would talk to the salesman and call me back. The only call back i got was a different salesman asking if I was interested in buying a car. So I scheduled a diagnostic appointment and they need it dropped off in the morning and need it all day and then will need it another whole day to fix it. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and never got a call. I started calling and emailing them about 3 30 since they close at 5. Left messages and wasn't getting a hold of them. Then I started calling non stop til someone answered 15 minutes before they close. He was annoyed and said he feels like he's the only person who ever answers the phone and my service adviser was just sitting st his desk. He told me my car hadn't got looked at after it was there all day. Then he said he'd go look at it and call me back. He said he fixed it that quick cause all it needed was a relearn. I picked it up and it only worked sometimes for a couple days then stopped working again. So I made another appointment. Now it was past my 30 days and I wanted to talk to someone to make sure they'd still fix it under our agreement before i brought it there. No one would tell me for sure our agreement was still good. Kept transferring me to other people and could never get a hold of anyone who would answer me. I left so many voice mails and sent emails and never got a response. I was so tired of dealing with them I put new struts on my self and it works like it should now. The service department was the worst business I have ever dealt with.

I could not say enough amazing things about this dealership and my experience. Owen, our salesman is FANTASTIC!!! He is attentive, responsive, and so fun to work with. 10/10 experience. Also, huge shout out to Scott for all of his work and magic!! 10/10 for him as well!! One of the best things: THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO BUY!!! I was in a wild situation being crazy upside down in my previous car and they didn’t blow me off like a lot of other dealerships did. They explained my best options and explained why they would be best. Genuinely, they care!! The communication is second to none. Seriously. Some of the most responsive people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

It’s been a great pleasure working with Chase. He handled everything with professionalism as well as technical know-how. We secured a great deal on 2025 IONIQ 5 with all the rebates and credits applied that brought down the overall cost of a $56k vehicle to about $36k. John in finance is also a knowledgeable guy who understands customers’ needs well. The overall process was smooth and honestly this is the best dealership I’ve worked with in many years WITHOUT the usual pressure sales tactics, unnecessary add-ons, or just the overall untruthful manipulation in general. Glad I bought the vehicle with great versatility, value, and a spacious interior. It fits my lifestyle pretty well and we’ll see what happens from here.

Worked with Chase Headley and bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe. He was a great salesman to work with. Highly recommend this dealership, no pressure sales and friendly, seamless process. Indepentently owned which is a huge benefit for comfortability during the buying process, unlike others in the area. Met the owner of the dealership, Tyler, whom was also courteous and made sure we were well taken care of. My husband and I made an appointment to come in to look at a car that was listed on the Mountain Hyundai website. Willy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough - he called me to confirm the appointment and sent a walkthrough video ahead of time to answer any questions or concerns I had prior to arriving. Once we got there, he already had the car ready to go and had us out on our test drive - I love that we were able to test drive on our own, it really minimized pressure and allowed us to experience the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the car, Willy made the process efficient and painless. He did not try to pressure us or talk us into anything we didn't need, and he worked with the financial department seamlessly. Before we left with the car, he took it out to fill up the gas tank and make sure the key fob batteries were new. I truly feel like he went above and beyond but in a low-key and comfortable way that didn't make us feel like we were just a sales pitch. Once Willy handed us over to Ryan in the financial department, we were also pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and quick process. Ryan was able to get our interest rate down much lower than we expected, and also did not try to pressure us into add-ons that we weren't interested. All in all, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had - many other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys. We will refer anyone we know to see them, and if we ever need another vehicle, we'll be back. Thank you, Willy and Ryan!

Unfortunately in November of 2025 I got my car stolen and haven’t been able to get a new car due to my house being built from the ground up. I am finally at the mark where my house is going to be done on March 17th! I came into the Hyundai store today and Nathan Nicholson was amazing to work with. He showed me a car that fit exactly what I wanted inside and out. Him, his manager Ryan, and the owner himself were extremely accommodating to me and even offered me an amazing deal. They knew that I couldn’t have my credit ran because of the house not being closed on yet. But they knew that I have been without a car for the past four months. They figured out an amazing leasing deal on the car for me and I was able to take the car home today. So I’m no longer car-less! Nate and Ryan were very kind and knowledgeable with everything. I can not appreciate them enough and I am very excited to be able to get into the new car ! Thank you Nate !
