Zero ethics, zero accountability, zero communication, zero skill. Place also stinks like fish After being rude to me on the phone, I went in and said to the lady at the front "I am (name), give me my key". She scoffed and said no, then turned around. Another employee gave me my key. Edit: The manager, or owner, called me to ask what happened. They claimed their technician drove my car around for awhile, unable to replicate my issue...which I replicated dozens of times running errands afterward. They used a 1/4 tank or so of gas, but couldn't replicate it, when it happens to me at almost every stop? Didn't bother to explain what their "exam" charge was..and that it doesn't include labor, unlike any other mechanic I have ever been to. Then, when trying to explain this, and all of my other issues, the manager or owner interrupted me on the phone several times. When I said "don't interrupt me" he replied "No, I am going to talk now". Car went from "maintenance required soon" light coming on because I am close to 50k miles...to "Maintenance required" light always on. Zero ethics. Also notice that not a SINGLE TIME in any of the negative reviews (the dozen plus I read after my bad experience) does the owner accept any fault for their employees. Edit 2: Owner responded to a negative review with lies. What a surprise. Nobody explained that the charge for inspection was $165 WITHOUT labor. Your employee who took my car in didn't explain the fee, which is exorbitant if it does not include labor; which is why I figured it would. Every other mechanics I've ever been to does. If you spent considerable time on it, why weren't you able to reproduce something I reproduced driving it out of the lot? And multiple times driving it home. I was then given a quote on the phone...again without labor. Over $700 for a part that costs $11, and around an hour of labor...according to the mechanic who referred you to me because he is no longer in the area. For another $200. Your employee was rude on the phone, and in person. Perhaps if they didn't disrespect customers, they wouldn't get disrespect back. Perhaps if they explained the services, there wouldn't be numerous reviews with this exact same problem. Just like when you called me, and interrupted me in my first sentence, and multiple times in our 2 minute conversation. So you got hung up on, after I told you not to interrupt me multiple times.

My car broke down right near the shop and they took it in same day. They did a thorough review and it turned out there were no significant problems that needed repairs! The inspection report they did was very thorough. I thought it was very upstanding of them to give an honest inspection and not force any repairs. They had me in an extremely vulnerable spot, they could have told me my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of work and I would have had no choice but to have it done. Many shady mechanics would operate this way, but not these folks. I would trust these folks to do what is best for your vehicle. I don't think they are the cheapest shop around but I find them trustworthy. Thank you CBA Westminster!

Extremely respectful and kind service. Edgar was by far the best automotive service provider I have ever come across. Edgar provided me with updates throughout the day while they worked on my car. They also found an additional problem that the previous auto shop missed. Have never been to Christian Brothers, and now that we have we're ecstatic that they're now right here in our area! We heard about their grand opening and decided to try them out...They impressed me on every level - Customer Service, honest and friendly staff, great turn-around time, very clean and welcoming environment! Owners Jim and Debbie are awesome and friendly, gave me a ride with their convenient shuttle service. Until they prove me wrong (and I really don't see that happening), we'll be taking all our vehicle needs to them... Couldn't recommend them more! UPDATE 10/20/21: I LOVE Christian Brothers - These guys totally came through for us! My wife and I have had a tough couple of months with repairs that just kept adding up and after spending another $2k to fix things, the next day our van's check engine light came on... for the catalytic converter. We had to decline any work being done because we just don't have the money for this! My wife loves her van but we were having to think about getting rid of it, as it seemed there's no end to the repairs. Then a few days later we get a call from Nick at Christian Bros and he tells us they're doing a National Service Day on Saturday to show their appreciation for customers and to bring the van in for some free work. Some free work... They volunteered their time on a Saturday and installed a brand new catalytic converter, replaced the sensors and this totalled up to $2700!... which they did FOR FREE!!! They blew us away! We never, in a million years, would have expected something like that! I can't put into words how grateful we are to them, how much we appreciate them! They haven't just saved us a few grand, but given us our van back that we thought we'd have to give up on! You guys are the BEST Christian Brothers and I'll recommend everyone to you!

Charged $70 for noise and vibration testing. I respect when professionals take time to inspect a car and willingly paid it. Before dropping off the car I saw a low pressure light and knew it was likely a few psi low and made them aware of it. Techs took the money but couldn't be bothered to fill a tire for $70. They did put together a list of recommended repairs with above average tech costs. I paid in full and left a note that I was unhappy with the cost of the inspection for what I was given. In response to that note, they claimed that the uneven wear pattern was a safety risk and they couldn’t put a few more psi in to do a proper inspection. This clearly an excuse to justify a poor job - They didn't mention that risk to me or say anything about it when I picked up the car. Picture attached - Christian brothers thinks this is a tire on the verge of explosion. I tried to give them another shot with a 4 tire alignment and they denied my business because of that note. Since they couldn't handle a private criticism I guess it needs to be public. Unprofessional, questionable - I paid the full bill - didn't argue a thing and still left insulted. Don't go here.

Took my car in had an 8 am appointment. The didn't look at the car till after 3 pm and did a rushed evaluation. Couldn't identify the issue and tried to avoid doing there job stating “no code came up”. My car is under warranty and once a more experienced mechanic challenged there incompetents or unwillingness to do there job they simply gave me the car back and voided any charge knowing they didn't do what they wanted to charge for Took car to a different shop and they ran a code and found the issues immediately. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Maintnence team here and there quality of work I would not recommend coming here. They over charge and don't provide quality work or keep themselves honest. I had to call several times to get an update on my car just to be told they haven't looked at it yet despite having the 8 am appointment

Been going to the place since I moved to Houston almost 6 years ago. I always felt like they took good care of me & I loved going. I haven’t been in a while, I call up to get a quote from someone who sounds new. Keep in mind, I asked for a quote with and without parts, he tells me they don’t do just labor. I’ve had just labor done here before multiple times. The guy quotes me $1500+ to change brakes and rotors. Are your parts made of gold? What rip off price is that? I have always done business here due to price, professionalism, & John at the front desk. I posted a picture of how much I could get all new brake pads and rotors for vs there price lol. I know times are tough, but damn. I was even gonna drive out of my way to have them work on it since i’ve moved. Funny thing is I’ve left maybe 2 reviews in my life. This just seemed like such a rip off & absolute scam.

I called to let CB know i needed all new brake pads because another shop let me know they were too low at 2 mm. CB got me in the next day, kept me up to date on the status, gave a thorough look at every tire and everything on my car and texted and emailed me all their suggestions where I could accept or decline which ever services. I especially love that they send you pictures of what they are looking at and suggesting. They offered the courtesy vehicle which was great getting to and from work, just give yourself amble time. Front desk staff and techs were wonderful and my car is running great!

Out of the multiple shops around me, CB was the only one that could get us in the next day. Edgar was helping us and he was very kind and helpful. We had a weird situation that he was more than willing to work with and help us. He even gave my son a toy ducky! They had our car inspected and an estimate sent within a couple hours. Our car is a discontinued model and they tried everything they could to find one. They went above and beyond trying to get our car fixed. Every interaction was pleasant and they never seemed too busy or inconsiderate when speaking with us. We were waiting on a claim for the car and had them put it back together without repairs. It was frustrating but they were very understanding. When we got the car back it surprisingly was almost functioning like it did before it was damaged! Overall the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. They all care about customers and their work. Highly recommend them!! Thank you Edgar!

READ THIS REVIEW IF NOTHING ELSE: I could not be more pleased with my experience at Christian Brothers in Westminster. I recently had pre-trip inspection done at another shop, not Christian Brothers. That inspection said I needed ball joints replaced, a somewhat major and expensive repair. On my trip, my maintenance light came on as well, and upon scanning yielded several ABS codes. So I went to Christian Brothers to take care of my balls joints and ABS. Because they are so thorough, Jon at Christian Brothers was able to find that neither of those issues were actually present - my ball joints were in great shape, and my ABS system had a glitch that yielded those codes, but the actual issues were not present. Even better, is that Jon was able to identify other, actual issues with my car that needed to be addressed, primarily the timing belt, a critical component for the life of my engine that the other shop completely missed. Pictures and videos were also provided for every inspection item - which shows you that these guys are honest in what they quote you for, and care about their quality of service. Edger was also amazing, providing top-notch customer service in keeping me informed on what they had found, and what the best options would be. Because Jon found a number of items to address, but Edger was helpful in determining which were more urgent, and which ones could wait - to help ensure I wasn’t spending more than I needed to at the time. Again, I could not be more pleased with the level of thorough care, professionalism, and customer service. Even from day 1, having Christie give me a free ride home? I’ve never heard of another shop that does this. Thank you Edger, Jon, Christie, and the entire team at Christian Brothers for providing a level of customer experience that I have never come close to at any other shop. I’ve already raved about them to several people, and I will go nowhere else for any auto repair needs in the future. THANK YOU!

This review has taken me *far* to long to post, but don't think for one moment that I have stopped talking about the *amazing* experience that we had at Christian Brothers Automotive Westminster. — It was truly a God experience, but the short version is that on our family vacation we got to meet Jim and Debbie (and several other helpful folks) who went way above and beyond anything we could have expected. I have recommended this specific Christian Brothers Automotive to all family and friends within driving distance, at least one who was heading through the area. . .and now, aware of the larger company and their mission, have recommended others closer to home based completely on our experience with Jim Roberts and his team in Westminster.

I came here after I was quoted $140 for a tire rotation at my local BMW dealership. I know I know why did I think a BMW dealership would have reasonable prices. Nonetheless I called Christian Brothers for a tire rotation quote. 20 bucks plus tax. I think I confirmed the price with them 3 times in a 2 minute call... I come in and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They simply want to help you which is a far cry from majority of businesses out there. You can trust these folks and they want to do both good business and support the community. A+ service!!!

I brought in a Town & Country that didn't want to start in Park or Neutral. I had exhausted all the diagnostics I could. Scanning for codes produced nothing, therefore it wasnt the TIPM, the PCM, or the TRS solenoid pack in the tranny; all of which produce a DTC of their own. I was able to jump the starter but not enough to start it. I brought it in out of frustration. Anna, being a very intelligent and well informed lady, quickly earned my confidence and I decided to let them run their own diagnostics. It was determined my starter motor crapped out and after some deliberation on my part I reluctantly went ahead with it. When I picked it up the next day it started right up and I got home w/no issues. Later that eve it would not start in Park again. They offered a free tow but I was done for the day (Im retired). The next morning it started right up no issues. I took it back in for their review, but not since has it faltered, for them or for me. It would seem, outside the one burp, its doing well for now. The tech gave me a very thorough inspection report w/photos. Their service was top notch. It felt almost like I had drifted back to the sixties when service truly meant something; which is a deja-vu I can live with! Many thanks.

We called and they fit us in on the same day. They even arranged a rental car for us. Reliable service and front desk explains things well, so I don't feel comfortable with what is being done to my vehicles. Anna is always very helpful, which makes the stress of automotive work a little easier to bear. A little advice: the free sprays at the front desk are hand sanitizer, not minty mouth freshener!)
