I had gotten into a fender bender, and I had to make a claim with my insurance. Ozzys Auto Body shop was considered in-network with Progressive, so the insurance agent suggested using them. Especially because the time for repairs was supposed to be fast. The immediate day after filing the claim, they had their tow truck come and pick up my car, with no hesitation. They had the initial inspection of the vehicle done within a week of them picking up the car, and they always communicated what was going on and what was needing to happen. They speculated it would take 1 week for parts to arrive and another 3 or so weeks for the labor. However, this was a worst case scenario. I had to leave town a week or so before the expected completed date, but Ozzy made sure to expedite the repairs, so I could pick up the car before I left town. So the total turnaround time from towing to picking up my car ended up being around 2 weeks instead of 4. I'm happy I got my car back so quickly, and the repairs were done very well. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone's auto body repair needs.

Ozzy’s went above and beyond with customer service, communication and the work they did on my car after my accident. They are such great people and worked with me throughout the whole process and got me my car back extremely quickly. Getting your car fixed after an accident is usually such a stressful situation but they made it so simple and easy and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The team at Ozzy’s did an incredible job! Not only did they get my car back on the road looking like new, but their attention to detail is immaculate. They detailed the inside of my car, and even had someone come and do the small black stripe on my car and point it out to me even though like I probably wouldn’t have even noticed. I was able to get in right after the holidays and they had it back to me in six days. They also helped me coordinate everything with my insurance and rental car and took the worry away. They even came in on a weekend so I could pick up my car right when it was done which was absolutely not necessary but so kind! I totally see why they have such amazing reviews - they’ve earned it!

To start of the communication I received at Ozzy’s was top notch!! The service was just as good. My car looked better than when I bought it!! The amount and detail and effort that they put in to make you car look like it did before an accident was amazing no above and beyond! Unfortunately after I got it fixed I wrecked it again and despite a 2 months of wait to get I back in there isn’t a place I’d rather go!!! Unfortunately I don’t have pictures from after it got fixed but there are some from before.

There are no words that can properly thank the kind people at Ozzy's Collision Center, in Westminster. They knew exactly what to do and helped me more than they could ever know!! My car is whole again. I honestly, had no idea what I was going to do. I read all the amazing reviews about this place and took a chance. In a world where you don't know if someone will be on the level with you, this place shines!! From the amazing and genuinely kind woman who greeted me and walked me through all my questions (pic, insurance, advice), to the amazing man who fixed my car in 15 min (and made it better than my heart could have ever imagined), I was in the best hands God could ever have graced me with! I really don't write a ton of reviews, but I recommend anyone and everyone who needs an honest and truly talented repair shop, to go to Ozzy's Collision Center in Westminister. This IS the best auto body repair shop, hands down!!

Ozzy is great to do business with. Makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I had alignment issues almost a year later and he stood behind his work and made the situation right! His shop personally did not do the alignment, another shop he had do it did. He did the body work and when he was finished the car looked brand new. I would highly recommend Ozzys to anybody!

I can’t say enough great things about Ozzy’s. From beginning to end I had a 5 star experience. Although there was initially a wait for them to take my car after the accident, Ozzy called me to let me know there was a cancellation and he could fit me in a month early. Elliana in the office was amazing to work with, she took her time explaining everything to me and listening to my concerns about the damage to my car. The week that my car was at their shop I was very impressed with their communication. I got my car back today and I am beyond happy with the way my car came out! Excellent service and great people. Ozzy and the team were very professional, respectful and honest. I would 100% recommend this Auto body shop. Following an incident in November where someone collided with the driver's side door of my brand new car, I reached out to numerous auto body shops. Disappointingly, all of them informed me that they couldn't repair my car until February. This was incredibly frustrating, given that my car was new and, although still drivable, it wasn't safe to drive in that condition. Fortunately, I found Ozzy's Collision Center, and they assured me they could take my car in immediately. The repair took less than three weeks, and they did such a great job. They made this process easier and less stressful for me. They also washed my car when they gave it back to me, it looks like a brand new car again :)

Ozzy’s was GREAT! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and they kept my updated the entire time. Called after the assessment, when the parts would be in, and had the car back not even a week later. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly, it made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. My car came back beautiful and clean and looked brand new! They even let me keep one of the broken pieces.

Spoke with Ozzy himself. Honest and clarified clear expectations. Staff was very professional and very responsive. They went out of there way for my 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro in cavalry blue. I’ve worked with Ozzy’s collision 2 times within the last year. I was rear ended in the first car, and then I traded it in for the second car and I was rear ended again. I wanted to go back to this body shop after the first time because they did a very good job repairing it. And I also like supporting smaller businesses. Oh my gosh! Ozzy’s is the Best of the Best!!!! My car got hit by a bus while parked at home, and it caused significant damage to the bumper and rear tire. Ozzy was able to get my car in during the crazy holiday season and have it repaired in a timely manner. He is incredibly thorough with the work he does and explained everything that was replaced. He also showed me how to check my tires to see if they need replacing, and mine most definitely do! I cannot recommend this place enough. If any of my cars need repair in the future, this is the place I will be taking them.

A few years ago, I got into an accident and brought my car to Ozzy’s Collision Center. I was really impressed with the service and the quality of their work. Recently, someone hit the back of my car, and the first place I thought of was Ozzy’s. Once again, the service was amazing! Luckily, this time it was just a superficial repair—not internal—and they had my car ready in less than a week. It looks perfect, like nothing ever happened. A huge thank-you to Ozzy and his team for making the whole process so easy and for earning my trust once again. I highly recommend this place!
