Brought my car here to have some body work done recently. The driver side door needed to be replaced and it took them 2 months. I know gm was on strike and they had to wait for parts, but the body work was done on my car for 2 weeks before I got it back. In those 2 weeks, they were waiting for more parts, but in that time they could have easily brought it to a dealership and gotten the recalibration done because Lowell auto body “doesn’t have the technology to do that”. When I got my car back I could see bumps (4) in the paint on the driver and rear driver side door, which is unacceptable considering the length of time they had my car. Terry told me casually “oh it must just be dirt” and fixed the paint, but then I realized that the new mirror hadn’t been calibrated so my blind spot monitor wasn't functioning and and directional display (N,S,E,W) wasn’t working either. I had to take my car to a dealership to have them fix that, where they also told me that there is an open circuit that either wasn’t repaired at the body shop, or a wire was cut and never fixed. Terry claimed I could just give the dealership my insurance information and they could bill insurance for the cost of the additional repairs, but that isn’t true. I’m now stuck with an another day without my car, and paying for the additional repairs myself and am waiting for reimbursement because Lowell auto body failed to have it done and bill the insurance. Overall, I paid for a rental car the whole time my car was being “fixed” and even when I got my car back, the job wasnt complete, leaving me to deal with it myself. This repair cost about 10k.

Amazing! I just moved to the area and was nervous to find a shop I could trust - I was very lucky to find Terry and Lowell Auto Body. My vehicle was in a collision and needed repairs asap. No other shops in Denver would even make the room on their lots to take my car except for Terry. Getting in an accident is a stressful process and I'm so grateful that Lowell Auto Body was good to me. Thank you!

Apparently, they have changed ownership and have the WORST experience this go around. We have taken our vehicles here for years, this new ownership did not even bother to inform us that our vehicle repairs were done last week and refuse to release our vehicle until the insurance pays them. We will NEVER bring or recommend anyone take their vehicle to them in the future. SAD BUT TRUE!!!!

Had 2 different pieces of body work done on my 2017 Subaru - Terry was very pleasant to work with and remained transparent about the work and pricing throughout the process. I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted and ended up getting my car back a day earlier than expected. They did such a good job, you can't even tell there was ever damage or that any parts were replaced.

Good honest body shop. They gave us an estimate a few weeks prior and the actual price was on par with what was estimated. We wanted to pay out of pocket for the damages and another body shop required us to open an insurance claim, which was extremely shady. I'm glad we found Lowell, they are honest and they do good work with fast turnaround time! We dropped our car off Monday and picked it up by Thursday. This will be our go to should we need any additional body work on our cars!

I turned to sharply to avoid another vehicle coming through a gate, and hit a gate box. It tore up the side of my SUV pretty badly, which was embarrassing; it was my first accident in 20+ years. I wasn't sure where to take my car for repairs but I knew I wanted it done right and pretty quickly. I started searching for auto body shops with good reviews in Arvada and found Lowell Auto Body. The reviews were great, so I gave them a try and they did not disappoint! Terry was friendly, fair, and professional. They did great work on my Subaru Forester and got me back on the road in a week. They replaced two doors and repainted the side of the car beautifully. No one would ever know my car had been damaged. I highly recommend this body shop, so in turn, I wanted to do my own great review of this terrific "hometown" body shop!

If you ever decide to create a fail video involving your car and need repair work afterword, this is the place. I bent the driver side door of my Tesla putting up Halloween lights (even dumber than you're probably thinking). A competitor said replacing the door at $4500 was the only option. Lowell Auto Body did an amazing repair for under $300.

These guys do great work. I appreciate that they are a smaller shop that has been in town for a long time. Finding a painter that can do decent color matching is tough, and Tyler is a bad ass. I have had multiple visits going back years he kills it every time. I have done some bigger insurance work and too and they always do an amazing job and completed faster than expected. I have recommended them to quite a few folks who said the same. Old picture, but I have been meaning to post this.

Lowell Auto Body has been nothing but a blessing for me. As a fellow car enthusiast, they have treated all of my cars with the most respect, care, and attention to detail more than any other business I have taken them too. They have handled everything from easy touch up jobs on my bumpers, to full respray of my Supra, to a full repair on my Subaru BRZ. They are THE BEST when it comes to paint, body work, glass, and everything in between. Their shop is easy to get to and the paperwork is easy. They have all of the documents ready for you when you pickup and drop of your cars, plenty of space to sit and fill out everything, and at the end of the day, they treat me more like family than they did customer. These are the reasons I keep taking my cars back to them and keep recommending them to everyone I can. It's well worth the drive for me knowing what I can expect to get after they're done with their work. Highly recommend for anybody with a regular car, or even a high end collectors or imported car. Nothing but respect to these guys and can't wait to bring them more of my projects!
