BIG SHOUT OUT to Mike and his crew for uncommon integrity and stellar service! After another shop had charged me over $300 for unnecessary diagnostics and unapproved work, I reached out to a trusted mechanic that we have used for over 20 years, and he pointed me to Mighty Muffler Pros. They immediately recognized that I had been taken by the other organization and helped me assess what had been done up to that point and what needed to be done going forward. They spent nearly an hour reading my engine code history and thoroughly examining my vehicle - even adjusted my tire pressure and offered to tack my heat shield for free. In the end, they sent me back to my long-time mechanic for his weigh-in on the matter, without charging me a dime! Everything that they did and said turned out to be spot on and they probably saved me thousands in unneeded repairs. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I have a 1970 ford Falcon And I needed A new set of pipes. Badly And the guys at mighty Muffler. Hooked her up proper. My baby never sounded so good. I am so happy With the job that they did. The service was great. If they need a new set of pipes or catalytic converter or shocks, come on down. The quality of work here is very good. You get what you pay for here Quality. You can tell they care. The owner is a service man. So from one service man to another, thank You? If I need any other services Or repairs. I will definitely be going back. Thanks again, guys. God bless America.

Came into the shop when they were about 30 minutes from closing. They took care of my exhaust leak right away. The guys were really friendly and helpful. And the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. If you have any exhaust or muffler issues I can’t recommend this shop enough.

I love working with people who know what they're doing. I needed rusted section of pipe replaced on my daughter's '97 Rav4 and they handled it quickly. It looks great, sounds better and didn't cost me a crazy amount of money or time. I'll be back with my next exhaust issue if I ever have one.

I was referred to this place from another mechanic after inspection of trying to figure out why my car was having a hard time transitioning gears and being clunky. They did their inspection and insisted it was my catalytic converter causing the issue. I called Mighty Mufflers, to get it checked out there (which they seem to have some business connection- as I called mighty mufflers immediately after and they told me to come get it checked out at this referral mechanic first). The guys at Mighty Mufflers told me it was my catalytic converter, so I got it changed. As soon as a drove off the lot with a new catalytic converter, my car was still having the same issues of difficulty switching gears. I called Mighty Muffler to inform them my car is not fixed and asked if he even test drove it. He said himself and another guys did and didn’t notice anything, though within 30 seconds I noticed the same issue I brought it in for. He then became defensive and told me that him and the guys from the other mechanic were going back in forth and disagreeing what was actually wrong with the car and kept putting the issues back on each other. Rather than just calling me and telling me that they are unsure what is going on and take it somewhere else I paid $800 and without a car for 2 weeks. The mighty mufflers people told me to take it back to the other mechanic to get it re-tested and that “I was the one that wanted to go through with this” after getting 2 “professional”opinions. As I didn't not trust either of their opinions at this point, I took it to a different mechanic for them to tell me I have one crack spark plug that is causing a misfire. I would not recommended this place, especially if you are a younger female. It feels like he definitely overcharged me for labor and was saying contradicting things the whole time. He said my catalytic converter wouldn’t pass an inspection, even though it passed in march. They were kind, but definitely more sales man type and definitely not accountable.

About a month ago I had Mighty Muffler on 80th & Sheridan install dual exhaust on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma Sport and they sound great and my gas millage has increase about 2 miles per gal. I had a 1998 Tacoma that I had dual's put on right after I bought it, the truck had 147,000 miles on it and it always sounded okay but it just started to sound better, I had the work done at a muffler shop in Lakewood. I also have a Corvette the the Lakewood shop put mufflers on to make it sound better, but it doesn't so i will have Mighty do my Vette soon. There work is excellent and very clean and my Truck sounds awesome and I am very satisfied and I HIGHLY recommend them.

The clerk and tech were so eager to help me understand what was and was not wrong with my vehicle. One of the most positive experiences I have ever had from a company. I was needing to have a second opinion on my Durango that I had the motor replaced and they did it with no charge to diagnose. It was a very clean environment also. Highly recommend.

I love when businesses say they are open certain days then when I come there they are closed. Waste of time and unprofessional from the business.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the service I received here. I have a 25 year old Honda CRV that had a completely rusted out exhaust system from stem to stern. Gary was pleasant, professional, transparent and quick. For the work he had to do, I feel the pricing was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

I think my muffler fluid was low so I cut them off. Stopped in and 1 hour later pipes out the back, straight, square to bumper and supported the right way. It's lovely finding a professional who is efficient enough to still provide a low price.

I called MMP Christmas Eve and scheduled an appointment for the day after Christmas to have a Magna flow muffler installed on my 95 Chevy S-10. I came in and dropped off my truck. The staff was very kind and it only took them an hour to do the installation. It was really fast! I’m super happy with the results. My truck was so loud due to a rusted out muffler and would rattle and backfire. It’s much more quiet it sounds like a whole different truck 😆 and it didn’t put a huge dent in my bank account it was very reasonable. I definitely would Recommend using this company Michael J. 99 Chevy S10 2.2

Do yourself a favor and just work with these guys. From the moment I spoke with Gary until I wrapped up business with the owner, I knew I was in a good, honest shop committed to doing quality work at an extremely reasonable price. They are honest, ethical, and provide outstanding service. It is crazy to say, but I hope I have muffler trouble again because I'll be back.

I called this shop in advance, explaining that I had a CARB-compliant aftermarket catalytic converter that needed to be installed. I had already removed the old catalytic converter in my garage and realized the new one wouldn’t fit properly due to misaligned flanges. Since I don’t have welding tools, I reached out to these guys, clearly stating that the flanges wouldn’t meet correctly and that welding would likely be required. They told me they could do the job for $250, so I brought my car in. When I arrived, over half the work was already done since I had removed the old cat myself. The staff seemed friendly, so I went ahead and paid for the job—which turned out to be a mistake. After about 45 minutes, they told me it was "all finished." However, instead of welding the catalytic converter as expected, they had simply bolted it on and used RTV sealant on the misaligned flange. I immediately pointed out that RTV is not meant for high-temperature exhaust components and that the flange was not flush. The response? "No problem." I felt completely stuck and overcharged, realizing I had just paid $250 for them to bolt it on incorrectly. The only other thing they did was remove the old O2 sensor, which they admitted was easy since it wasn’t that old. Upon driving, I immediately noticed that the catalytic converter was hitting the sway bar and causing the resonator to hit the frame due to the poor installation. When I called them back, they told me they would "pry on it" to fix it. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the owner, expressing my concerns that I was overcharged for incomplete work. His response? "The price is the price, whether it’s welded or bolted." By the time I got under the car myself to inspect it further, they had closed early. I went back the next morning during posted business hours, only to find them still closed. Frustrated and feeling cheated, I took my car to another shop—one that actually did the job correctly by welding it in place. They charged me $80 to properly install what this shop refused to do for $250. I understand that I brought in a slightly misfitting catalytic converter, but if they didn’t want to do the job properly, they should have charged a diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. Instead, they rushed through a poor installation, left it banging against my sway bar, sealed the flange with RTV, and still claimed it was "good to go." Maybe under different circumstances, they do quality work, but in my case, they were careless, dismissive, and overcharged me for a job they didn’t complete properly. If they had actually welded it and made it fit correctly as agreed, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead, I ended up paying more than double what the job was worth and had to find someone else to fix their mistake. This is not good business practice, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality work.

Disclaimer - I am not trying to drag this shop through the mud, only provide an honest account of my experience using this shop to get some repairs done. If the following review and photos make it seem like I had a satisfactory time working with them, please disregard and take your car there. I did some damage to my vehicle while off-roading and needed an exhaust shop to repair it. I wanted it done correctly and as factory as possible. After reading their reviews and surfing their website, I came to the conclusion that Mighty Muffler would work for me. “Custom Bent Performance Exhaust. Roaring Since '76!” their website states. One of their Services pages reads “Are you having a hard time finding OEM parts because your vehicle is too new or too old? Come see us. We may be able to fabricate a suitable replacement.” This put me under the impression that they’d get the job done right. My particular rig is aging and parts are starting to become scarce. I called and confirmed that I could provide my own parts. I brought them a used OEM muffler and tailpipe assembly with the correct hangars already welded on, as they came from the factory. When I dropped my truck off they put it up on the lift and I stood under it with them and pointed out everything that I wanted done. I specifically asked that they keep it as original as possible. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes, which I found to be acceptable. I thought that this job would have taken longer. But after getting the rig back, it became apparent that this was not the quality work shown on their website, but a rushed out hack job. I sent the owner an email and expressed that I wasn’t happy with the work and provided photos of what was wrong. They did not use the OEM hangars but instead fabricated their own, I am concerned about this as they certainly aren’t as beefy as the originals. In this email I offered to provide the correct parts. I received a quick response - which overall was positive. The key phrase in the reply was “if you want to get some factory hangers from some place I'll be more than happy to install them”. I ordered them from the Toyota dealer and picked them up the next day and scheduled an appointment to bring the truck back. On the second trip, we once again got under the truck and I showed them how I wanted it done, parts in hand. This resulted in what felt like a heated discussion about why they had cut off one of the brackets on the pipes I provided and why they couldn’t use the parts I brought because the pipes were “bent”. In their eyes I did not bring them the right stuff, and there was nothing they could do about it. Well great, at this point I don’t want them working on my stuff anymore. I did not ask for a refund, nor do I expect one. Technically, they did fix it. My vehicle is safe to drive again. I feel that the work that Mighty Muffler did has devalued my truck, and I will eventually have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. Take a look at the attached photos and see the quality of their work for yourself. If this looks like it is acceptable exhaust work to you, then please disregard this review and take your car there. Overall I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this shop to anyone who is picky about how work gets done on their cars.

In my experience they provide excellent service for a vary reasonable price. I came in with a custom exhaust and they were able to repair it in very little time for less than 2 other quotes I received prior to finding them. Just be careful about inclement weather, sometimes it affects staffing.

Gary took a look at my Forester, which had an exhaust leak. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and took the time to show me exactly where it was occurring, which I really appreciated. Since this wasn’t a repair his shop specializes in, he referred me to another shop that works on turbo Subarus and even gave me a spare gasket to bring with me so they could see what needed to be fixed. He did all of this at no charge. Overall, it was a great experience and I was really impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the shop.

I own a mobility van (to transport my son) our muffler was broken account of a dip in the road and my wife wanted it repaired. Mobility vans are very low to the ground and I think Mighty Muffler is one of the few places that can handle these vans because of there lifts. Mike and Gary both where caring enough to help me get the right muffler and replace it at a great price .Am I happy with there service ? YES I am extremely satisfied with there craftsmanship and care . ! THANKS Mighty Muffler for all the help .
