Edit: The response from the business made me laugh. Very clear they didn't read my review. Lowering to 3 stars lol The repairs seem to be good. However, this shop was just a bit of a pain to work with. Better than others, for sure, but could be improved. For instance, I received my quote by email and he told the assistants CC'd on the email to call me and schedule, but they never did. I had to call to schedule, and by then they had marked my account as "inactive" or something. Second, trying to get updates on when my car would be done was harder than it should have been. It's stressful when I'm trying to decide if I need a rental and don't know if my car will be done before the weekend. Last, they said they cleaned it. My windshield says "they sprayed cleaner and never wiped it off, so it's worse" 🙃

I took my car in after an accident. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver. The inspection they did with me was thorough and they gave me some thoughts about potential repairs. After I got the official inspection paperwork, the repairs were detailed, prices were transparent (my insurance paid), and they gave me an estimate of when the vehicle would be ready. I received consistent updates on the progress of my vehicle. The shop was responsive to my questions. My vehicle was done two weeks earlier than expected. When i got my car back, they went over the repairs and aftercare instructions. My car looked brand new with a full coat of paint on the vehicle. Additionally, they also addressed a tire sensor issue that had been lingering on my vehicle. Overall, Caliber did a phenomenal job putting my car back together. I am very appreciative and would 100% recommend the shop (my car was serviced in Westminster) to anyone who wants folks to do a great job :).

The overall repair looks good. What I do have a problem with, is their customer service. My car was in a hit and run in a parking lot. Pretty minor damage, however, this happened in early September. I selected this Caliber Collision through my insurance. I brought my vehicle in and they looked over it and said that they would submit the estimate to my insurance. They said they would call me once it was approved (they never did). I had called a couple times with no response and then finally once I could get ahold of them (my dad called them on my behalf, which was almost 3 months later on December 2, 2024). They told me that it was already approved even though I got a text the same day saying that my insurance approved it on Dec. 2, 2024. Which was interesting timing... then I called them a few days later and they gave me a time to drop off my vehicle. I did, and the repair went smoothly and I was supposed to get my car back in the first week of January. They called me and stated they had issues with the paint and had to redo the paint job. I did not get my car back until January 8, 2025. I called them on the 8th and they said my vehicle was ready, I went to go pick it up after work and went into the front office. One of the front desk ladies completely ignored me when I walked up to her and the lady furthest away from me asked her to help me and she ignored her too. The lady furthest away from me had to get up to help me, which just was odd and unprofessional to do in front of a customer. In the pictures I added, you can see that they did not clean my vehicle very well and left what im assuming is paint dust and handprints in the backseat of my vehicle. They also left the tape and paper from the paint job, not a big deal just unprofessional in my opinion. This was an almost 4 month process and I did not have my vehicle for about a month. I will not be going here again.

A Box truck backed into my 2000 ranger and crush the fender. I Decide to come to this location as it was closest to me. Two estimators help fix my car, Joe and Miles. Miles was a good communicator on the repair. He was very good. I am very satisfied. Shop found a salvage fender and paints it. The color matching was as close to perfect as it could be with age of truck . Fitment look great too. I recommend this shop to anyone!

I was recently in a collision (not my fault) that did nearly 7k in damages to my Chevy Colorado ZR2. I contacted Caliber and they were able to get me in right away. I previously spent a few years working in a Body shop so I knew what to expect and what to look for once the repairs were complete. Rich handled my claim and all the communication. He did an outstanding job keeping me updated on the repair and managing my claim with the Insurance company. The quality of the work was outstanding, the quality of the paint match also outstanding. The repair process took about 2 1/2 weeks. That was an extremely reasonable amount of time considering the damages. I was expecting to be without my truck for 4-6 weeks. After the repairs were completed I looked the truck over and couldn't find anything that wasn't done right. I'm glad I chose to go with this shop and would recommend them to anyone needing body and paint work. Thanks Rich and the Caliber team for exceeding my expectations!
