Lucky tire and auto was very honest and helpful. I didn’t know what my 1976 Chevy k10 exactly needed and they said they would take a look. They diagnosed quite a bit and instead of doing some of the work and then sending me to a transmission shop to do the rest (would have cost me so much more), they were up front and highly recommended a nearby transmission shop to do everything. When I got off work that day to pick up my truck, they had already given the transmission shop a call so that they were ready to take my truck that day. Lucky tire and auto didn’t have to set that up for me but they did and it saved me time and effort. Will always be a customer here if I need something done.

I've bought tires at Lucky Tire & Auto several times over the last 10yrs. I've also had them perform some suspension work on my vehicles. I've always been really happy with the quality of work and the pricing. They always do a great job and there are never any hidden fees or service charges. Great place to do business. They really know how to take care of the customer and stand behind their work. They're the only mechanics I trust!

I have taken my SUV here many times and they have always done a great job. If you need something big done to your vehicle and need to budget for it they are great at giving you quotes. I have my family bring their cars to Lucky's now and they love it also. Can't go wrong bringing your vehicles here! Very nice staff, they are very nice to women, and don't make you feel like you don't know anything about your vehicle.

I have used them twice now and both times I have had great experiences. The first time I had them replace the air suspension on my 2015 Yukon with a regular suspension conversion kit and it looks and drives great. Most other shops didn’t want to attempt it or quoted me a crazy high price. I just recently had them replace the sway bar assembly and endlinks on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they worked with my extended warranty to get it all covered. They also installed a 2.5” lift kit and aligned the vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say, the Jeep looks more aggressive and drives great. They are truly an honest, fair, and dependable shop that I will continue to use in the future. I really appreciate the great work Joe and his team does, it’s hard to find that nowadays.

I have to write a 5 star review of Lucky Tire and Auto. I tried this place after a terrible experience with a chain brakes place. Joe checked me in and let me know the wait time and cost up front. They checked the car out and got the work done quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very honest and worked hard to get the car done. The brakes came in under the original estimate and they checked out and fixed another minor issue for free!! More than 5 stars! Thank you for honesty and great service!

Should have written this review months ago, but I guess it slipped my mind. We took our minivan to Lucky's due to some parasitic battery issues. The staff here thoroughly checked each fuse to determine where any parasitic draw was coming from. They kept us informed during all of this. Joe and his staff are amazing. I have also sent my mother-in-law to them and most recently, I sent my son to them for work on his vehicle that is leaking oil. Lucky's is our go to shop!

Lucky Tire and Auto is my go to mechanic. We have established a trusting relationship over the years, and I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They are always professional and fair. The work they do is top notch. I’ve had several issues with vehicles that the staff at lucky was able to take care of in a timely manner. I am usually informed of other issues they notice with the vehicles and let me know which ones can and can’t wait. I’ve never felt like I was being overcharged for services, they are very fair with pricing.

Well took my jeep in to joe at Lucky's auto or should I say thief s at Lucky's auto on 4/11/2025 paid 537$ for them to replace throttle body on Friday at 430 pm before closed for weekend. My car didn't even make it 2 blocks before throttle body went out and light came up on the DASH had to tow car home. Call lucky tire &auto Monday Joe says its under warranty bring on back will fix it still have voice mail for court. Week goes buy they tell me they tired three different throttle body assembly . after test drive it cut out because the Bluetooth and all other excuses so another week goes buy don't hear a word from them .Went by shop my car never moved . Then talked joe he says there test to run for why the parts were going out five more days go by no call or nothing. after three weeks bs and taking the buss I called Joe at lucky tire & auto check on jeep and he bs me about throttle body and didn't have no idea about the test they ran to see what was wrong > then yells at me he frustrated why don't I just come get the car . crank my battery cables on so tight they bent. and no refund bc he says he but on all this other parts on and stuff can't even prove. 500 dollars later three weeks no car STILL DONT WORK .

Honest guys who do excellent work. Originally brought my tacoma for a brake job because i thought i heard them starting to squeal. They called me after i dropped it off and told me they couldn’t replicate the noise and that the pads looked pretty much new. They could have charged me for new pads and pocketed the cash but they didn’t. And lo and behold the noise went away. Next job was an entire shifter replacement, which they completed in less than a day and so far seems excellent. I think i found my new mechanics

After being told at a local Discount Tire, and waiting two hours in shop, that my tire leaking air was "irreparable" due to a repair kit used on a hole and that I would have to replace ALL four tires I was shocked and really upset. After a few weeks of daily airing up to take my kids to school and to get to work downtown I decided to look around at other shops hoping I could get a second opinion. Lucky's had great, genuine reviews unlike others I saw at nearby shops so we gave them a try. After dropping my car off when they first opened, I got a call a few hours later that it was repaired and another issue was found in the tire - Cost, $30!! I literally almost cried, an actual business that puts their customers first. We'll be switching all of our business to Lucky's and recommending them to everyone. Joe was nothing short of amazing in helping us today and made us customers for life. If you are needing a sign to try this shop, here it is.

I have never written a review in my entire life, but wow, I absolutely love this place and will continue to come back. This past year, I’ve had a couple of issues with my car, and this place has done me right time and time again. After the service I got today, I needed to write a review. I had two nails in my tire and thought I was gonna have to get a whole new set. After I came here, it was a much easier fix than I had been told at other places.
