After moving back to the Denver area a few years ago, I was searching for a new/local auto mechanic. I have taken both my 4th gen 4runner and IS300 sportcross to this shop multiple times in the past couple years and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I always have a great experience with AAA Care when my vehicles are serviced there, everyone is pleasant to work with and very communicative. They make sure to call, text, and email you with the diagnosis, estimates, and progress of your vehicle/s every step of the way. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and experienced auto mechanic! Thanks AAA Care!

I will never return to this shop again. I took my 2018 Chevy to them to change the rear brake pads )we had trusted them for several years with several vehicles before this). Their mechanic was incompetent and did the brake bleed wrong according to Chevys standards. That in return broke a system that resulted in almost $4000 of repairs through Chevy. We tried to have this resolved though All around but after countless rude comments and them clearly trying to cover it up and dismiss it as “coincidence” we finally took it to a Chevy dealership. They informed us that the brake job was done wrong and could prove it. We tried to give All arounds ower a chance to make it right and cover the cost of the repairs that his shop had caused, and after several attempts and him writing us off we went to the BBB. They attempted to reach the company to no reply or resolution. We are now in a lawsuit and trying to recover the money we are out for trusting this business of very shady people. So if you want to have car work that is done right the first time and not deal with shady business owners or managers then I suggest you take your car and business somewhere else.

All around was very cordial when i walked through their door. Was super responsive with service and wait times which was greatly appreciated. Informed me on future repairs to keep in mind and the prices of those services and repairs which was super helpful in planning costs later on to keep the vehicle in good repair. Overall i give them a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend them all to other potential customers who are seeking a reputable mechanic for car issues. Great job All around!

Had a great experience bringing in my 12 year old vehicle as it started making some knocking noises, staff was super friendly and communication was great! I’ve had a blinker light that has been on the fritz for a couple years and other places I took my car to for diagnostics/maintenance this was ignored. All Around Auto Care is the first to include it on a diagnostic to address and fix it. They have pride in their work and are very honest, that’s a hard thing to come by when it comes to mechanics in my experience. I’m very happy I found them and although I moved across town, I’d most likely continue to use them because I now have complete trust in their services. Thank you!

Had a great experience, took my car in for a wheel alignment and they do a free vehicle inspection, and they came across some issues I wasn’t aware of, dead thermostat, and some other issues, thermostat is now fixed. Great customer service and friendly staff and thorough in their explanations. If you want a garage that doesn’t bullshit you, and want to be local great place to go

Avoid at all costs. They are nice guys but will replace things you don’t need. Put wrong fluid types in your car. My car has under 80k miles and having trans issues. If you took your car here find somewhere else to do a whole round check. I actually have had more issues after going to these guys than before going. So much for buying my car new to avoid issues just to let these guys ruin it.

Kind and polite gentile man's on the front. I stopped at the back door/service where I was redirected to the reception. The man on the back wasn't very polite. The front was professional,kind and punctual. My questions were addressed properly and with respect. I changed my car oil. Reasonable price. Time to complete the service approx 1 hours. I will go there again. I recommend. They have very tide resting area with kids toys.

The service was good and friendly. However, the fact that there is no waiting area is most irritating. And as long as there isn’t there should be a warning to customers that there is no area to wait. And finally there should at least be 3-4 chairs for those customers who do have to wait for their car.

I am always so pleased with the interactions I have with this shop. I've been bringing my car here for years and have never had an issue. I called to see about getting a new battery and lamented my frustration that my battery was only 3 years old and it died. Turns out! They offer a five year warranty on their batteries! So I was able to get my car in last minute and have them replace my battery for free! The guys were great to tell me this, and to make the time to get me up and running before the weekend. The experience is always so friendly and warm and I always leave feeling good about my car and my trust in the shop.

Any five star review here is fake. Do not take your car here. Total lack of transparency and communication and horrible customer service. I went in for a routine brake check at 9am, needed pads replaced and fluid flushed. They told me it would be done by end of day. I heard nothing so I called the end of the day, they told me it would be done the next day and had “difficulties.” Finally at noon the next day I was able to pick up my car, after having to call two more times to see when it would be done. I asked for compensation given it was 18 hours past the quoted time and the Bruce told me, “that he didn’t care, my time didn’t matter and that I was a waste of time.” He also told me that I didn’t matter and he threatened calling the authorities on me for absolutely no reason. If they would have just communicated along the way, there would be no issue here. It doesn’t take two and a half days to change brakes. Absolutely horrible experience.

Definitely coming back! I had an amazing experience here. The team was very upfront about what was going on with my vehicle, and the service was extremely friendly from start to finish. I worked mostly with Alex, who was incredibly helpful—he explained everything in detail, went above and beyond to make sure I understood the issues, and even took the time to show me how to properly check my oil. The company is transparent about the work they’re doing and was very understanding when I asked to know more about each part of the service. They were impressively quick yet still thorough with their inspections and maintenance. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my vehicle here for 12 years. My car is a 2003 and although I have always been diligent about maintenance on my vehicles …. These guys have always gone far and wide with the maintenance themselves. They have always been very honest and thorough with letting me know when I should or shouldn’t be doing something to keep my vehicles running. They are excellent mechanics, fair people I give them a a 100% stars rating for excellence in quality service and to the highest standard. But this time they really amazed me and did me a wonderful wonderful service. My car is old. They no longer make the parts anymore and you can’t find the parts anywhere around my car is running well. It’s in good shape. There’s no need to have a new car…it even runs without this part. It’s just that it’s not very practical. It has to do with the gearshift I could have just left it with this yellow rod coming up out of the center in my car, which could be very dangerous actually. I didn’t know what I was gonna do? Than I’ll be darn if they didn’t figure it out and they took their minds together and made it happen. Whatever he did the owner Jonathan had an idea in his head of what they might be able to do. They tried something different and they did it, it worked!!! I’m forever grateful!. You really are All Around auto mechanics!!! Sincerely Brenda
