Last week we decided to replace tires on our 2022 Ahara 365RL fifth wheel trailer. The tires on it had sun damage and cracks Last week I researched tires, and decided to order them from Discount Tire. I chose a Michelin tire. I couldn’t remember what tires I have on my rig so I went to the manufacturer spec sheet- big mistake. The spec showed a 215/ 55R17. I ordered them and had them shipped to the store. I should have gone to the storage lot and checked. Today I arrived at Discount Tire, pulling my trailer, and checked in. The salesman checked my existing tires and then asked if I had new rims to fit the tires I ordered. My tire are actually 235/85 R16. These tires are Westlake. Luckily, the store had some tires in stock, at a lower price. I left my trailer there and went to breakfast. When I returned to the store the salesman pulled me aside and said they could not complete the job. They spent over an hour removing one of the tires from the rim, but the bead on the Westlake is so thick it broke their machine. He said they cut the bead to remove it, but were not willing to cut the beads on the other tires. He said they were going to put my old tires back on, except the one they did take off before their machine broke and send us off with the other three. I would have to find another shop to get the other tires changed. When I finally found a tires shop to work on my tires they found a piece of the broken machine still in the tire just floating around. I upgraded this review to three stars. Andy from Discount Tire adjusted the total bill to refund the portion they did not complete. I still recommend anyone with Westlake tires double checking the capabilities of any tire shop before getting them replaced. When I opened my bill from Discount Tire (sent to my email) I found out they charged me for installing four tires, and also billed me the taxes and return tire fees for four tires as well. They may be a good place for standard passenger cars and trucks, but they definitely failed working on my G rated trailer tires.

I've been buying tires here i got my first car in '07. I was just there to get my new set on. The guy scheduling me told me my lugnuts were swollen. Said they wouldn't put my new tires on unless I paid $100 for new lugs on my '19 f150. I tried politely to decline, but we were at a standstill. I went back to my place to see for myself. Not 1 swollen lug. I cleaned and polished them. Good as new. Not one apology. Not from him or his manager. Kind of took me off guard. I wont be returning. Sad day.

Discount tire has been my tire service provider for over 30 years. This Westminster location has two outstanding employees. Diego and Josh. I've had a couple of experiences of potential manipulation and lies (even as recent as 10/4/2025) but Diego and Josh have always been outstanding with integrity and customer first support. These two are outstanding employees and any company would be lucky to have such authentic leaders. It's because it is two guys that I will continue to come to discount tire. They typically offer fast service, sincere prettiest support, and good tire options that can also be found online through their website and they will happily order them for you. They recently replaced tires in my daughter's and my car and we are safe and happy customers. Thank you Diego and Josh for your spirit of service and commitment to customer experience!!

Been going to Discount for several years. The guys there bust their butts taking care of vehicles. Paris was very helpful, kind and professional. Ashton took care of putting air in my tire to hold it over until my appointment on Tuesday. Appt was at 5 but I didn't leave until 6:40. That was a long wait for someone who had a previous appt set I thought, but they still had to deal with walk ins and other cars too. I get it. I was happy to have the screw and razor blade removed from my tire. Great job Discount

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Discount Tire. I stopped in for a simple air check—something that usually takes just a couple of minutes—and ended up waiting over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. Multiple employees looked over at me but didn’t bother to say a word or offer help. A few of them didn’t even look busy; they were just standing around while I waited. For a place that prides itself on quick, friendly service, this experience was the exact opposite. I expected better.

We recently purchased new tires and had several issues after the install. I made several calls to follow-up on said issues without any response. I called a few days ago and spoke with Colton “CJ”. He was aware of what was going on and immediately started taking care of the problem. CJ had the part ordered and took care of all the issues we had within the week. Thank you CJ! Really an excellent team. I came in for winter tire change, and really had some unfortunate events. One of my tires bubbled up so we bought a replacement and installed it. Then we noticed a second was bubbled up and then we had to wait for that tire to come in. So I left my car overnight. Fairly nice car, and they even made the effort to put it inside the bay overnight. Which I didn’t even ask for. They were super reasonable about the entire situation, and didn’t charge me extra for the hassle. Really good genuine people over there, it’s pretty busy and everyone I interacted with still had a great attitude through the whole process. Reminds me why I go to discount tire over any place, I’ve moved multiple states and get the same consistent great experience.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years at this store(92nd). I have never had any problems always great service ...until recently. I am a fleet owner and have always bought my tires here, not a big fleet but I buy between 30 to 40 a year. They refuse to mount tires in the position I need them ( front or back ). This has never been a problem in the past. I dont know if there has been a change in management or ownership, I am baffled. I guess as a business owner I am not allowed to make these decisions. Unfortunately I believe I will need to find a new supplier. Normally the customer is right ... but not today.! Disappointed

What can I say about discount tire that hasn’t been said before. I had to replace 4 tires on our Impreza, so I checked online that they had the tires we wanted, called 15 minutes ahead and was able to drop them off after a bit of a wait. Jacob B was such an amazing friendly employee, helped me unload the wheels out of the car, get me onto their system quick, and just overall made a stressful day a little easier. Whole process took about less than 2 hours. Don’t think I’ll ever get tires anywhere else

Waited approximately 15 minutes to have the air pressure checked on my tires. No acknowledgment from multiple employees at anytime. If you're going to offer a service no matter how big or small at the very least have the common courtesy to acknowledge the customer. Went in to see about getting new tires as I had a flat. Jeremy helped me out by not only being friendly but giving me the best deal possible. I got a deal on all my tires plus the spare. He suggested that I have the alignment checked due to the wear on my old tires and turned out I needed that done. It only cost $89.99 for the alignment and I highly recommend this deal. I've always received good service at Discount Tire, including at this location. Today, I had a nail in my tire, but it wasn't leaking. Roy took the nail out, verified that air wasn't leaking, and said I was good to go. If needed, I could bring it back to get a replacement with my previously purchased certificates. (UPDATE) I had to reach out over email and phone for the repairs even though I did leave a review on here. The link provided to me after I left the review didnt take me anywhere. Im assuming to get contact information. They were willing to do the repair with no cost to me. I spoke with Andy about the repairs. He was helpful and understanding. I appreciate you guys for doing the right thing. I had my vehicle in last Saturday, I had my wheels balanced and I asked them to take it easy on the wheels. I just had the painted a month ago. The paint is cured. They didn't take cation while taking the wheels off as you can see where the lugnuts holes are scratched inside and outside. Kinda upsetting after I just paid $1400 for these wheels to be painted. I know they could be put on with caution and without scratching them. I will be contacting a manager sometime this week.

This is hands down the best tire shop and crew ever. They always go above and beyond. A year and an half ago I bought a set of 4 tires from here and a couple days later there was a coupon on the set and they called me to discount my order, a lovely surprise. Then about 2 months back I had to replace the two front tires due to a bad alignment on my car. An issue that was not discount tires fault yet they wanted to help and PAID for one of my tires. Now today I return after two screws were in my tire and I had a massive instant flat. I was devastated. I filled up enough to get there, and despite it being closing time the nicest workers ever met with me quickly, checked out my car, brought it right back, fixed it in minutes, and charged me $0. A really difficult day made so much better by a caring team and now I can take my kids to school in the morning and get to work. They have a customer for life and I will recommend this location to everyone I care about. Thank you so much!

They damaged my lug bolt/lug nut, so I took it back to be fixed. They credited me, and when I picked my car back up after they "fixed it" I inspected all four wheels before driving away. Especially the one with the damaged lug nut. All five lug nuts on the affected tire were present, and the one of concern was sitcking out further than the others, but not nearly as bad as when I dropped it off, so I thought they did their best. I got home and I noticed the lug bolt and lug nut was missing entirely. My partner called them back and the person on the phone said, "Oh yeah, we meant to give you papers to take to Brakes Plus to get this fixed." That's so shady. THEY STAGED THE LUG NUT ON MY CAR TO APPEAR FIXED. Do not go to this location. They should not have these people representing Discount Tire. They let me drive away with an unsafe vehicle after damaging my car. Edited to add: Their automated response falls flat. The link they gave me was a survey, but after putting in my name and email, it didn't even allow me to submit or fill out a survey. The next page just said, "Thank you for your feedback" Do not trust these people. They staged a lug nut to look like they were all there after they shaved off the lug bolt to correct their initial mistake. They are sketchy and lack integrity. These people shouldn't be trusted with your property.
