Fast and friendly service! I was staying in a hotel nearby due to the LA fires and my AC broke down. Paul got it fixed plus an oil change in less than 24 hours before my checkout time. I was relieved there were no extra services recommended, which is always the case with my usual mechanic. Next time I need service I might just have to make the drive to Fountain Valley. I was referred to them by a friend who said they were very honest, competent, reliable and charged reasonable prices. That was a complete understatement! I took my Ford Explorer in because it was making a grinding noise. They road tested it, put it on the rack, took off all four tires, check all the rotors, brake pads, hydraulic systems and fixed the problem. When I got the bill, they did not charge me anything! The owner Paul said that the issue was simply a brake plate pushing against the rotor, a rare occurance. Amazing not even a labor charge. I cheaply gave him a twenty and thanked him.
