Needed a custom hydraulic hose made with specific fittings. Called and spoke to Brooks who informed me they could make the hose (after physically checking to make sure they had the proper fittings) and the cost. I ordered the hose a few days later and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. A few hours later Gabby called to say the hose was ready (several hours early). Picked up the hose (exactly what I wanted) and no surprises on the cost. This place is GREAT.

I feel like I just got rob, yesterday came to this place to remplace two small hoses and I asked the guy to tell me how much would it be, the guy said $85 including everything. I went there this morning and the owner told me it was $150, I explained him I was quoted $85 and he didn’t cake what the other guy said. No finest, long face, no customer service at all, no apologies for that. Not recommend it.

I had a propane hose that needed to be replaced. I emailed a picture to get a quote, and was quoted $25 - $30, which I agreed to. When I went to pick it up, the price had gone up to $40 (plus tax). I was told that they had to do some welding (which they should have known when I sent a picture and when I dropped off the part). If there were any changes in the price, they had a responsibility to contact me before moving forward, which they did not. When I called back to express my frustration, the owner was quite rude, referred to me as "Mr. Lecture Guy", and hung up on me. Stay away!
