I have a 2017 LR Discovery 5 that I have serviced at Euro West Rovers. The owner Marc is a rare find: an honest mechanic. The one repair was not cheap ($2300) but they had to take the supercharger off to replace the coolant pipe that is prone to splitting and also the water pump. Before the repair I asked Marc about the possibility of upgrading the pipe to an aluminum version that will never split: he stops me from talking, goes in the back and comes out with the pipe! The dealer would have been considerably more and would have put the stock plastic garbage back in. The second time I had jacked up the car and forgotten about a jack stand. The vehicle is two tons and all that weight was supported by the exhaust pipe just shy of the drivers side catalytic converter. So the car was making a horrible racket, I thought I might have cracked the exhaust manifold because I mistakenly thought the racket was an exhaust leak. Marc fixed it for $255!!. It was literally a miracle because I was prepared for much worse. He told me that he was able to diagnose that it was just a bent bracket that he bent back. Had I gone to the dealer they surely would have told me the exhaust system had to be replaced or worse. The bottom line is that I can whole heartedly recommend you to Euro West Rovers, it is the opposite of the snake pit that awaits you at the dealer.

I went here prior to the pandemic and it is night and day difference in my experience prior to the pandemic to recently. Now the service is terrible and what they charge for any service is ridiculous. I will not be coming back here! Took my car somewhere else to get things checked out after coming here and found out that a lug nut was over torqued on my tires and broke- I had to get it replaced thanks to Euro West Rovers!! How bad do you have to be to break a lug nut at a car repair shop! They also lied about a nail in my tire! This place is incompetent.
